It Happened Again

I was having a great time. Feeling gains in the horizon, everything was great. Until August’s last weekend.

It was the most stressful weekend of all. And i knew it would be. So i decided to stop PEing those days.

I was tense, barely having any erections, no libido… Days passed, the most stressful ones were over, and i felt like i could resume my routine.

Nope. My penis shrunk, it was not the same anymore. During this whole month i tried resuming my routine, and all i got was shrinkage, especially width/girth-wise. I just can’t understand how this could be overtraining… I had about 2 sessions per week on average! Which consists of 5 or less minutes of slow jelqs.

I’m extremely frustrated, again. PE for me has been a rollercoaster.

Though times… I need to “climb up” again.

Just stop PE. There’s no point in doing it if you’re penis is messed up, and it’s not going to get any better with PE. It took me a long time to realize that you are not going to fix anything with PE. If there’s a problem, you need to stop. Even if it doesn’t seem like you’re over training. I suffered from an injury without doing much. Just relax and don’t masturbate, maybe.

I’m not an expert.

Intense stress periods aftermath may last longer than you think.

I am finally taking a more extended break. It is taking me some time to realize that PE wont fix as well…

It’s so frustrating… I don’t understand how it caused such an impact on me and my PE routine.
I’m giving myself more rest time now. Also im doing some breathing and relaxing techniques. Stress got me tense.
What would you do? Did i do something wrong?

Stress makes your body not to want to cooperate.

Give it time and relax.

Read some books on stress relief. And if you are a ’ chest breather’ then read how you can train yourself to breathe through your diaphragm. Making this one change in my life many years ago dramatically reduced my stress level. I don’t ever even think about it anymore, but recently my new girlfriend commented that she was envious of how peacefully I breathe while sleeping.

And as you practice stress relief techniques, pay particular attention to what you feel in your solar plexus region and your pelvic area. It doesn’t happen very often to me these days, but in the past I sometimes would feel definite tension in these areas. My flaccid penis is ordinarily six to seven inches, but during those times that I felt this tension it would be closer to five. Over time by learning to relax these regions, within a matter of seconds I’d feel my penis go back to normal length. In fact, sometimes I’ll get a rock hard erection just by consciously fully relaxing my pelvic region.

Our bodies are controlled by our minds. You’ll find that your P.E efforts will be dramatically enhanced by learning to control your mind and stress.

I should add: While trying to relax, i may have “overdone reverse kegels”. I never know if my pelvic floor is having any tension or if it’s relaxed.

I know what you’re talking about! Diaphragm breathing is something i’ve been training in the past months. I swear this alone made my penis “fuller”. Solar plexus? I will search about that. Seems exactly what i need.

After some weeks off, im back.
After the first week, i felt my penis “fuller”, girthier, a little more normal. Good sign.
EQ was good.
After some more time i noticed girth and EQ fluctuations, and some length loss.

I resumed my routine yesterday.
3 minutes lightly jelqing an almost flaccid penis. Felt nothing. Not even the slightest expansion. I got a semi and started feeling something, but it wasn’t expansion either. 2 more minutes and that was it. Didn’t feel good.
Today, woke up and it looked a little bit thinner.

Will wait until it gets back to normal, and try again even lighter.
