From my experience vacuum hanging is a royal waste of time that only leads to injury and discoloration. I don’t believe you will be gripping the ligs enough to do anything, it maybe be useful for ads, but get a bib hanger or Redi Stretcher if your serious about pursuing hanging. You will also avoid this kind of nasty problem, the redi stretcher is actually far easier to use then the vacuum hanger as well, I just wrap with an ace bandage and it is really easy to use.
So, what are you gripping when you’re vac hanging ? Vac hanging is similar to manual stretching so you don’t grip your ligs while manual stretching ?
