Is It Possible to Loose Size Doing PE

Is it possible to actually end up decreasing size if doing PE wrong or over training? Obviously we can over train and cause weaker erections but that’s just temporary, I’m referring to permanent losses?

Also what are other possible injuries that could be permanent due to PE.

You can certainly temporarily lose size, not just from weaker erections; tissues will contract trying to protect themselves in response to excessive PE, but it’s not permanent.

Tunica tears are a possibility from extreme clamping or erect bends and similar which could possibly result in scar tissue formation that would cause a permanent injury, but you’d have to be doing something pretty stupid unless you had a pre-disposing weakness, and that should have become apparent long before you got to the clamping etc. stage. Very occasionally we get someone who says they just did a few jelqs and they couldn’t get erect afterwards etc., but it almost always turns out they did an intense session as a newbie and felt too embarrassed to admit it; a ‘few jelqs’ are no more stressful to the penis than a decent session of sex or an enthusiastic wank, so if they really had that congenital weakness it would have shown up in their early days of masturbation.


Heat makes the difference between gaining quickly or slowly for some guys, or between gaining slowly instead of not at all for others. And the ideal penis size is 7.6" BPEL x 5.6" Mid Girth.

No you can’t lose size permanently. You no I have gained 1.25 inches in two weeks no girth though.

I agree. My experience says the same. Only by overtraining and only for a while.

So pretty much any loss in size is temporary? Unless like y’all said your pre disposed to some odd weakness of defect.

Cut it in half. See what happens. Or do only M-W-F. That’s what I did when I started cause I had an injury following the newbie 5 on 2 off in about two weeks.. It went pretty well. Didn’t check the linear routine back then.

My sweet spot was something very similar to newbie, with a little less jelqing, as I did them dry, three days a week.

Everyone is different. Don’t rush it. You ‘ll find what’s best for you.

For many people it is, which is why we have the ‘Linear Newbie Routine’ as well. Most newbies hands get tired before they reach 200 anyway. :)

Listen, no one can say to you what exactly you should do. Your penis only can answer the question.

If my penis was your penis, it will probably start with 50. Raise by 10 -20 every week

I know it can. I probably overdid it I guess.. But I still have peyronies and as soon as it started my penis never fully healed and is STILL shrinking/hurting no matter if I abstain completely or continue masterbating. I tried both over the years so maybe it’s just me, but I’d be carefull and I want you to know that it IS possible to get hurt.
