Injury

Hello,

This is my first post. I have experience with manual PE and using a traction device. I am looking to this forum for help on a very frustrating, reoccurring injury. I started using a traction device in the summer of 2007 (after failed attempts with manual PE) and by the end of October 2007 had logged about 400 hours. Soon after I started to notice pain in the left side of my penis and testicle. The pain was internal and a could be described dull throb which sometimes I could feel in my leg and lower stomach area. I went to see my doctor and she referred me to a urologist. After an ultrasound and inspection I was told they could not find anything wrong. After several weeks of rest the pain went away (and was only slightly noticeable after hard sex or masturbation). After about 3 months I started with the device again, and the pain has returned. It’s always on the left side, mostly in the penis shaft and left testicle (the pain seems to move around from penis to testicle). There is no bruising, dis-coloration, sores, or any noticeable problem. I have no problem with urination, sex and masturbation (Although it may be sore afterwards). As you can guess I am very frustrated. I want to continue PE, but am afraid of further injury. Has anybody experienced a similar problem? Is there a solution or am I doomed to never do PE again? Any suggestions or similar encounters would greatly help.

Thanks

Drop the traction device altogether is my advice. It and your body are just not compatible.

When the pain goes away again, try the Newbie routine for awhile to get back in stride. Review how you were doing the manual exercises again in the video and instruction section. It’s possible that you got no gain from manual because you were a little off in the way you were doing them.

Great point. Some people gain several inches with the Bib, some cant even hang 2lbs with it.

I’m curious. Which traction device?

The traction device I was using was the Fast Size. I will focus my efforts on manual PE after healing. However if I didn’t heal with 3 months of no PE, how long should I expect to rest before starting again? Thanks for all replies

Sorry Waygreen, I don’t think anyone can really give you a definitive answer.

Is there any advice on using a traction device Vrs. Manual PE. Which method is most effective and more importantly safest? I have rested for 2 days now and the pain is less, but noticeable. When the pain is gone, should I start with Jelqing or Streching or both?

Thanks again for all replies.

Newbie Routine. That’s all you should be doing right now. But to be on the safe side, start next week.

Dec \'23 -> Feb\'24 17.5cm -> 18.5cm BPEL / 12.7cm -> 13.1 MSEG / 18.5cm -> 18.9cm BPFSL (measuring in mm for accuracy)

My First Real Attempt:

2006 Start: 6.25" BPEL and 5" EG - 2012 7.625" BPEL / 4.875" EG / 8.063" BPFSL. (All manual routine)

I’d agree with kingdingaling, but I’d say that you also should wait and heal yourself.

I had a similar injury and I just took a few weeks off from PE, as well as sex of any kind. All I did was put on a hot wrap at night for 20-40 minutes, and mostly just gave myself time.

I rebounded. When I did I went back to PE very cautiously and used the Newbie Routine.

Worked for me.

The FastSize is a surgical loop stretcher, is it not? You may want to see if monkeybar’s modified VacStretcher head piece will work with it. That’s a better way to stretch in my opinion.

Check out the review section.

Hey Waygreen,

Sounds very similar, if not exactly the same condition I have. I have the pain on the left side as well and it’s exactly as you explained it. A dull sore tired feeling after sex, different degree’s of soreness everyday. I can’t do any forms of PE as it aggravates this sick feeling in my dick. I also had an ultrasound done and they told me they couldn’t find anything.

It’s like it’s a PC muscle problem of some sort. Cause my left nut also aches and into my leg as well alittle bit and up into my stomach alittle as well. I wonder what this is that is causing us grief?? Lets keep in touch and figure this out together, two heads is better one. Can you add me as a friend on this site? We should definitely talk more though.
