I was stretching my penis 2 nights ago and I gripped really hard at the base and turned to one side and suddenly it went completely limp and retracted. The same second also felt numb in the glans and in base of shaft. Have not gotten morning wood the past 2 mornings. With a lot of stimulation was only able to achieve a very soft erection, which resulted in quick ejaculation once I got that soft erection. The past 2 mornings I woke up with the glans and base with diminished sensation though the sensation is not fully gone anywhere. My flaccid has also greatly decreased in size its small and stiff. What do I do?

I just started a PE program a couple days ago. I’ve been following the recommended newbie routine especially making sure that I warm up properly and cool down as well. I’ve noticed a soreness (mild burning) running through my member but the majority of the soreness is in the area directly behind my scrotum. Is this normal in starting PE or is this a sign I’m doing something wrong? I’ve searched the Newbie sections but couldn’t find any results.

Wow! I’m having the same issue, but it’s just on my foreskin. On the right and left side of my unit, and close to the base. Feels kind of raw, and dry. :( It doesn’t hurt by any means, but I don’t know what caused it. Well, around my base, I can say maybe clamping too hard.

Still have hard erections though and can beat off. Then afterward, I get the burning feeling again. Odd, it’s not red, just irritated.

Guess its better to ask than be sorry later.I we been doing the “new” newbie routine for 3 and a half weeks now.I we gotten to 50 jelqs a session and started incorporating 30 sec. Stretches a week ago + about 25-30 stretches for the frenulum about 2 weeks (warm ups ofcourse included).Well about 3 days ago I gotten red spots an obvious sign of over training,but more concerning is mild pain under or in the glans while doing kegels,its gotten much better since I hadn’t been PE-ing since it occured.Can some of the more experienced PE-ers diagnose it,wouldn’t want to hurt my little buddy.Pain is only when flacid,when erect none and in the general area theres discolorated spot near a vein.

I can’t make a thread due to lack of posts, but I also have something similar to this.
Pain on the left side near the base. My left testicle is colder than normal and I can constantly feel it. Erections, while they are “full” are very soft. It’s almost like the blood fills the penis up like a balloon, but it can’t stretch it any more than that to get harder (aka force more blood into the penis).

I can constantly feel it, erections are soft and ejaculation is quick. It’s been 3-4 days since it happened with no sign of any sort of improvement. I’m trying to be as careful as humanly possible with it as I can and will see a doctor as soon as I can.

Any idea what this might be? Whether it’ll heal by itself?

The only injury that I have sustained is light spotting which disappears in a day. I think that these are neutral physiological indicators?

I think I had a major problem/PE injury now for the first time. A bit of background. Did manual exercise stretch and jelq for 1.5-2 years, good gains, great EQ, etc. After 2 years, I started hanging , EQ dropped to about 8 of 10, a bit of gains. Then started clamping, did it wrong because I clicked it to the max. I clamped for about 3-4 weeks with 1 or 2 days off.. Definitely over training.

Problem:
Loss of morning and nocturnal erections since 1 week ago. Very difficult to achieve erection with or without porn. I reckon the problem started when I began my hanging and clamping exercise. Before those two, I used to be able to achieve EQ 10 of 10 basically anytime anywhere. I researched a bit about this problem and I am scared that I had venous leak. I thought I had mild venous leak because of hanging and now because of clamping, it made it worse.

What I am doing now:
No PE at all, just rest. Any food intake or natural vitamin suggestion that could help my problem?

First post here, I’m usually just a lurker.
I’ve been hanging with Bib’s Hanger for about a month now, after about a half year of manual routines.
My issue isn’t so much an acute injury as much as a static problem, and I would love some help from hanging veterans.
Whenever I hang, my glans pretty quickly starts getting white patches all over the surface.
I’ve read all of Bib’s advice and haven’t found a direct answer, and have changed up all the variables, loosening and tightening the wrap as well as the hanger (I am fairly certain I am wrapping and hanging correctly, SD and BTC).

Thanks for any help you guys have as to where my flaw likely is that is triggering this problem!

Happy to read your having good Results from Manuel PE I’m new to PE myself and have just started out with a bathmate but now thinking about starting noob jelqing routine with stretching and putting up the bathmate for a while seems I have over did it again my sessions consist of a 5 minute warm-up 5 minute stretching and 3sets of 5 minutes full erection in the bathmate then 5 minute warm down. I didn’t feel any pain during the session or immediately after but the following day noticed the right side of my shaft at the very base is tender to the touch if I rub it feels like tiny little Sharp pains like small little tears. Day 2 little Sharp pains continue and I have noticed getting erection it seems to be slightly pointing to the left this is not normal for me as my erection is always at 12 a clock now at 11 seems to be from the damage I did to the right side of the base I’m hoping this effect will go away once the right side if shaft base heals. Erection quality still good on day 2had sex and I definitely felt some discomfort sharp little pains like I have tiny little cuts in my tissue and some discomfort from penis wanting to be at 11 a clock and me having it in a 12 a clock position as my Partner is riding me . Going to take another few days off and let it rest. Then put up bathmate practice manual PE . Well post if and when it heals

I’ve been pumping for a week now and all seems good, except that the area around my circumcision scar is a bit swollen - not at all hard just puffy. Does this mean I’ve been overdoing things?

Could be the pressure, duration or not enough recovery time.

Swell from pumping is normally absorbed quickly.

On day 3 after a few rubdowns and applying some heat discomfort is almost all gone EQ still great and took another measurement and the 5.0 EG I had gained is still there and noticed even a little thicker at base 5.1 erection seems to be just about back in it’s 12 a clock position I tried to refrain from having sex but wife wasn’t having it and she was very convincing very little to no shape pains this time and I think it’s just about recovered I was getting worried there for a second. I wonder if those little Sharp pains and discomfort is something I can expect every time I have a strong bathmate session and if it’s a sign the tissue was broken down and is rebuilding.
