Two days ago it happened to me after a stretching session that I was no more able to get an erection.. You could imagine how much this scared me.. But I tried to keep relaxed and lucid.. For a whole day I wasn’t still able to get an erection and only this morning kegeling strong in my bed just woke up and totally relaxed I had a kind of weak erection.. What matters more is that I have a firm flaccid penis and my glans is pretty cold if compared to the rest of my penis and my body.. I’m sure something went wrong when stretching although I felt nothing strange or painful and was well warmed up (10 minutes warm water on directly on my cock plus massage with mt hands) ; another important thing to know is that I joined PE since October 2010 so it’s 3 months of PE but only tried stretching two days ago and started with this routine: 5 stretchs (1 straight out,1 left,1 right,1down,1 up) of 20-30 seconds each kegeling a bit during each and brought to the point I got my bone pressed flaccid length .. Only thing I forgot was to slap my penis against my leg after each rep but only took a short pause between reps.. My questions are: is this happened to somebody and is this healed ?? What can I do if my glans is deflated and pretty cold now? Thank you people I need your help I’m trying to be not scared but my mind is always focused on it.

Thanks! Maybe more info? Can pumping (7=10 in) for long periods cause skin to become raw and inflamed it’s like I am sucking the life out of my unit skin is also very dry I have the same gf for years so I don’t think it came from her the area where this happens is where fluid builds up under skin

So I did some light PE for about a month and a half last year. I stuck with the recommended newbie routine pretty closely and just before I suspended my PE I began feeling a tenderness with some slight on and off pain on the right side of my penis, running down the length of the shaft. The pain isn’t bad and it doesn’t hinder or prevent me from masturbation or sexual activity.

I thought it was basically just a minor strain that would go away in a few days or weeks, however, it’s been maybe 8-10 months since this happened and the pain/discomfort still comes and goes based on how sexually active I am and how many times a day I’m masturbating within the span of a few days. I’ve always had very hard erections and they usually come and go pretty often for me throughout the day.

Do you guys have any suggestions on whats going on here? It seems like a long time for a very minor injury not to heal. And yes, I’ve taken a few days off periodically and done nothing, or next to nothing, in order to give it a chance to heal. Thoughts?

Sounds like a small inflammation.

Is it normal that a small inflammation does not subside and heal within 6-12 months? I’d like to start up PE again, and stick with it this time, but I’m concerned that the added stress will lead to further injury. If it hasn’t gone away by now what can I do to heal it for good?

Hey guys, I’ve been on and off jelqing for a few months now and never fully stuck with a routine until this week. (Day 5, 2 on 1 off) Hopefully I just overworked my guy, but since my jelq yesterday I haven’t been able to get past a 50% erection at all. This is the routine I used yesterday:

5 minute warmup with warm towel
5 minutes stretching (all directions, A, V, side bends)
3-5 sets of helicopter spins (30 seconds)
100-150 wet jelqs (3-4 sec)
5 minutes stretching (all directions, A, V, side bends)
5 minute cool down with rice sock

I tried edging last night and couldn’t get past a 20-30% erection but I ejaculated really quickly. I know it’s only been a day, but I’ve never NOT been able to get an erection. I’ve been warming my guy with a wet towel today and obviously I plan to stop jelqing until my dude heals, but what else can I do?

If anyone’s out there to help, I was able to get an 80% erection today after some moderate stimulation with my lube mixture (cocoa butter and olive oil). Normally it doesn’t take much to get there but I very very lightly massaged the lube into the skin and played with the glans to make sure I could still get hard.

My dick isn’t discolored and my glans isn’t cold, but my guy’s been shriveled up all day and takes a few minutes of stroking to get up to speed. I do have some pain in the base near my pubic bone and my dick’s a little sore, but other than that any suggestions? I’ve been wrapping it with a warm towel every few hours just to keep some blood flow in the area.

Anyone else out there have depression/anxiety coupled with this crap? I notice when I am on an anti depressant my flaccid really hangs. Probably a serotonin thing, relaxes smooth muscle.

Smegma, I had exactly the same issues as you. I get excited but my dick didn’t follow my head, and the flaccid state was weird, a little hard, like it has a tube inside the shaft. Anyway, I take a break of everything, no sex, no PE, no masturbation, no nothing.. And then, after 4 terrible days, I woke up with a morning wood, and now I can achieve erections with some difficult.. I don’t know if I hurt myself, but the thing is, I still with a weird, sore, sensation in my dick. Try to give your dick some rest of everything, use it only to pee, It worked for me I think.

Yes rest worked for me too! Don’t bother too much and give your penis 2 weeks of total rest and you will have again a brand new penis.. I forgot to update my injury journal but I fixed my problem in less than a week.. But take another week of rest btw to be sure your penis is fully healed.. ;-) I think stretching are a bit too stressing for penis at first and it has to be accustomed to it.

One day I was wondering on roof and suddenly fell down.my knee was paining badly at that time I was dying.but my friends suggested me cycling exercise because it’s good for our knee problem.I do it regularly.and now I am alright.
