Hi, I know that all these exercises have risks to getting permanent damages to your penis.
How ever I feel that hanging and those other advanced types of exercises are more of a risk in that.

Well my routine is basically doing 10 minutes of manual stretching where I stretch upwards, downwards, to the sides, basically all directions for 15 to 30 second stretches each. Then I follow with 15 minutes of Jelqing and then some kegels.

Do you guys think this kind of a routine would put me at risk of getting an injury?

It’s all a question of how intense your workouts are. I once stretchted downwards until I heard a slight velcro-like sound - most likely ripping ligaments. I stopped and was careful after that, but that was “only” manual exercise. Jelquing is the same way - overdo it and you might have a problem. Kegels - as I understand it - cannot be overdone.

But it sounds to me that you are being thoughtful, so probably no risk. But you would likely benefit from a good warmup to reduce risk even more - and possibly help gains.

Not unless you pull too hard, jelq with a max erection, or kegal yourself to death.

I feel hanging is less risky that manual stretching, as I find it a more controlled scientific way to stretch tissues.

I think the most injury risk of all would be erect bends. Followed by anything done improperly or carelessly.

There is a risk when doing ANYTHING. Walking outside puts you at risk. Getting into a car puts you at risk. Flying in an airplane..etc…….. If you are careful, I’m almost positive nothing bad will come from PE.

Well I am mainly concerned in gaining girth, so that is why I jelq at pretty much max erection because if I am correct that is how you can get girth plus with around 3 to 5 second squeezes while doing them.

I am current 7bpel but only barely hitting 5egel, I want to get at least 5.5 and ill be happy for girth.

You should check out the girth routine I used in the link in my signature. All manual exercises done with the hands. Once you’ve done that a few months you might also add in some clamping.

If you are concerned about injuries, jelquing at “pretty much max erection” should not be part of your routine. Search, there are those that have tried and weren’t happy.

So have people got permanent damages from jelqing with a pretty high erection?

Check out the injuries forum and do some research bodybuilda, also use the advanced search link on the hompage of Thunder’s so you can search for titles with the words “erect jelqing”.

Well I guess ill stop the erect jelqing then, heres what ill start doing, let me know if you think it’s fine and remember I mainly want girth gains.

5 min warm up
10 minute stretches as flaccid as can be.
10 minute jelqing around 50 to 80 erect.
10 minute jelq squeeze
