Hi, I know that all these exercises have risks to getting permanent damages to your penis.
How ever I feel that hanging and those other advanced types of exercises are more of a risk in that.
Well my routine is basically doing 10 minutes of manual stretching where I stretch upwards, downwards, to the sides, basically all directions for 15 to 30 second stretches each. Then I follow with 15 minutes of Jelqing and then some kegels.
Do you guys think this kind of a routine would put me at risk of getting an injury?
