I’ve been getting weird but sharp pains in my chest area. I mean this acts up after a regular workout and some odd times throughout the day but what I’ve been noticing also is after I do PE I get a series of sharp pain right after manual stretch, jelqs and kegels. It lasts for about 5 minutes maybe 10 but goes away soon after. To be honest I never use to experience these sharp pains until I started doing PE full time but I don’t understand because my penis and balls feel fine. Sore after PE but feels great and fuller the day after. Does it have something to do with the ligaments and has anyone else experienced this before? I highly doubt it’s because of PE but it seems to be triggering it and after I lift weights too. I already got my doctor to check me out and said my penis is healthy and he can’t see anything wrong with my penis or balls. He said its probably muscle spasms or perhaps nerve damage, he said he could understand why it would act up after my workout but not for PE, his only conclusion was that it’s probably from using my arms to PE which targets my muscles in my chest aswell. Told me to rest it if I can but you can still workout it will just take longer to heal. Also while I’m posting in the injury/treatment forum I wanted to know how to get rid of this blueish/ red spot on the top of my penis head. It’s just one spot and it’s not going away, doesn’t affect me at all though, any suggestions?

I hope your doctor also checked your blood pressure etc. ‘Sharp pains in my chest area’ is not much to go on. The ‘some other odd times throughout the day’ does not sound so good. Rather than ask a bunch of questions to try to narrow it down, I would suggest you stop PE and working out for a week and see if that helps.

If it does not, get yourself back to the doctors.

If it does help, just start working out but not doing PE, then you will know if it’s the workout or PE that is causing problems.

Take the above advice as the most important, but there is one other thing I’d like you to check out; the tension in the muscles between your shoulder blades, especially between your spine and the border of your shoulder blade at a height a couple of inches up from the bottom of the shoulder blade. Try leaning against a tennis ball or similar and see if that brings on the pain you’ve been having. If it does, use the ball to loosen up the muscles, or get a professional massage.


Heat makes the difference between gaining quickly or slowly for some guys, or between gaining slowly instead of not at all for others. And the ideal penis size is 7.6" BPEL x 5.6" Mid Girth.

I’m pretty sure it’s tensed up muscles and I have never had a massage before. He did check my blood pressure and was higher then usuall he said but not alarming. I’m going for a follow up on Thursday to get everything checked out again, just last night after PE he pain came back and then felt like my muscle was twitching crazy. I told him that I didn’t want to take a break, I’ve had so much in the past hold me back and I’ve rested long enough. So he told me to come back next week for a follow up. Just curious what does it mean if my blood pressure is really high??

If your blood pressure is really high, it means that it is putting your heart health at risk. You should try to lower it by making dietary changes and start doing aerobic exercises. Are you overweight?

When you stretch with your hands, you make an isometric contraction. Isometric contractions are powerful, so prolonged manual stretch can really wear you out. This expecially if: a) you hold your breath while pulling - this overstress your body; b) you pull like hell; c) you pull for long time; d) your body has already been beated by too intense and prolonged physical activity.

I guess you are anxious for gains and you are overdoing both in the gym and with PE. This can cause several side effects, like high blood pressure, pain in muscles, spasms and many other apparently without connection with the work that is creeping your body. Overwork is not the right path - in PE for sure, in the gym neither.

Also, I hope you are not using steroids because high blood pressure is not something you want to joke with.

No i’m not overweight but I have been working out 6 days a week and doing PE 4x week and my diet is 1000X better then it was 3 months ago. I know i’ve been training more then usuall and no I actually focus on my breathing when doing any kind of exercise. I guess my body is telling me to chill out, just didn’t think these kind of symptons would occur. It’s weird because i’m not exhausted and the only reason why i’m working out so much is because I have all this energy that i’m trying to burn off. I can’t remember forcing myself to workout or do PE from being too tired which is why this is a shock to me. I don’t take steroids, I take arginine and ornithine pre workout a drink of amino acids during and a protein shake post workout. The only difference I can think of is that I use to work out 3x week and never really did PE then…

I havn’t had any problems at all today so far, if this keeps up though i’ll drop down to working out 3x a week and i’ll be getting my blood pressure and blood sugar levels tested on Thursday.

You have got to figure out what is driving up your blood pressure. Perhaps on Thursday you will get some answers.

One thing, you have to take your pressure when you are relaxed and not right after a meal. I find the best time for me to take a good resting blood pressure is first thing in the morning. So if you have your own blood pressure gauge, take your reading then, when you are sitting and calm.

Well he took my reading when I was talking and explaining to him the chest pains and I was nervous and out of breath from talking so much lol. Even my doctor said my reading was probably high because of that, but then why would he take my reading while I was talking up a storm… I won’t know until Thursday but today I feel great. I was also thinking maybe it could be gas?

Lol he’s an idiot…did I mention he’s crossed eyed too? He’s been my doctor for so long though. I don’t know…I’ll post back after my appointment.

got checked out from my doctor today, took a proper blood pressure test and everything was good, checked heart rhythm and lung function and all was above average. Checked me head to toe and told me it’s probably from stress and the new workout routine I started a couple weeks ago. Possible muscle spasms but nothing alarming, he even told me to keep doing what i’m doing but don’t ignore what your body is trying to tell me but he can’t see anything thats wrong with me and since nothing really happened this week I was told everything will go away in time if it hasn’t already. Pretty much just stress from work, family and stress on my body that’s doing it, but nothing PE related so I can continue with my PE whenever I want!!! I’m just happy I wasnt going over board and caused damaged.

It is interesting you talked to your doctor about PE and it didn’t seem to phase him a bit. Seems as though he had some previous knowledge on the subject.

I already filled him in long ago :)
He gave me his concerns about it but he knows I have an agenda lol.
I also thought I had a possible thrombosed vein from from going too hard on my PE but everything is good!
My doctor is cool as hell, I can tell him anything.
