Injury from Kegels?

It may be just a sore Pelvic floor. When I did my first set of Kegals ever a while ago. I was insanely sore the next two to three days. I started back up and it feels a lot stronger than before. I think it’s just a conditioning thing. I didn’t get as many erections when I was sore and hurting but I could still get fully hard when my girlfriend blew me for a couple seconds from soft. Idk about the erection deal to be honest.

I think for me, its more of a strain than it just being sore. I’ve had a couple weeks of rest now, but after ejaculation, all my symptoms return. So whenever my brain reboots from NoFap and stops having wet dreams, I’ll be able to get a long period of rest without having wet dreams every other week.

Been a while since my last update.

I’ve been fortunate enough not to have any wet dreams since my last update. Progress, however, is still very slow.
Still getting night boners, still have HF, but the bulge, tightness feeling in my PF seems to have gone away. I’ve been supplementing with 2g (sometimes more) of high EPA fish oil, 5000iu vitamin D, 500mg magnesium, and 240mg of ginko biloba, and I believe they’ve been helping a little in regards to my injury, but I think they’ve been helping my overall mental and physical well-being more so than just my PF specifically. I plan on starting l-arginine+pycnogenol next week.
