Injured Penis About 1.5 Months Ago Still Not Healed?

So awhile back I was working my way up in weight using an LG vac hanger adding less than a pound a week and got to 6lbs and stayed at that weight for a few weeks as I was getting good fatigue at that weight. I made the mistake of not keeping the hanger pumped up and it dropped to around 3 and It started hurting super bad. When I took it off my glans were all purple and orange and hurt hella bad. I almost went to the ER it was so bad. It cosmetically healed over the next few weeks but still did not start back up. When I do manual stretches now I will get little tiny red spots and sometimes if I do a full day of manual stretches I will get little purple spots.

I am a healthy guy in mid 20’s and I do not smoke and do not drink. I exercise regularly and I am not on any medication.

Any idea what this could be and how to fix it? I want to get back to hanging or at least a dedicated manual routine and get some more gains.

Do less. Increase intensity slowly over time..
A prior injury can be a problem..

Do you think I should stick with light manual work for a while and build back into hanging? Almost like I am brand new again?

yes. basically, if you do 10 stretches and you get red dots you do less until you dont get red dots. work up from there. as you noticed an injury is worse then doing too much.

True, I should have taken more time off when I first noticed the mild injury as it seems like it turned into a worse injury now. Good advice, I will give it a shot and just do the noob routine again. Thanks!

Just like to update this. I do not think I will be making any gains with how light I need to go but I think this will help recondition my penis and help me eventually get back to hanging and getting those fast gains.

There isn’t any thing known as fast gains. That mindset typically leads to injury like you’ve experienced.

I know where you are coming from but what I meant by that is I was gaining strangely fast at super low weights with normal length hang times. I was not even over 5 lbs before I had gained .5”

Plus my injury came from neglecting to monitor the pressure not due to to much weight or anything like that.
