Injured myself doing a manual stretch

I think I may have injured myself doing a manual stretch. I was doing an overhand ok grip just behind the glans pulling straight out from my body, holding for one second at a time, as per Tom Hubbard’s “one thing.” The stretch felt really nice and I thought “why not apply a bit more force?” and I started using my other hand to assist in the outward force. This went fine for a few reps until on one rep, I heard an audible sound that I think was tearing and my penis felt very strange. I immediately let go and stopped doing any sort of PE since then (this was yesterday). I think I may have torn or partially torn a ligament.

I checked yesterday and today: I still get erections normally, I still got morning wood this morning and I am still able to ejaculate normally. I don’t have health insurance but I will be getting it and going to the doctor in the next couple of weeks. I have suspended any sort of PE or sexual activity (aside from checking to see if it still worked) How worried should I be until then? Are there any symptoms I should be on the look out for?

No pain, right? If so, it sounds like a lig pop. Nothing to worry about. Some people get them others don’t.

There’s no pain, per se. Just a kind of dull ache when I have an erection at the base on the top right side (where I felt the.. Incident). Even if it is a popped ligament, I should probably lay off the PE until it feels normal again, right?

I’m not sure whether the dull ache is normal in these situations. You’ll have to wait for someone who’s had a lig pop (I never have) to post or do your own searches. There are lots of posts on this. In the case of a lig pop, people normally just carry on.

I’ve had lig pops. Usually they feel weird for a few seconds then you don’t notice them any more. I think the first time I had one (long ago) it felt a bit bruised for a couple of days then settled down.
