Evening all expert advice is needed

(Been doing 20 minute jelqing sessions 2 days on 1 day off and doing slight kegels with all my reps I know stupid of me)
Started PE about 6 months ago
It all started 2 weeks ago felt a slight twitch so I thought I might gone to hard or put too much pressure I told myself I would give a 5 day break, after 5 days I did a light jelqing session for about 10 minutes my penis did not go hard at all which was worrying so I stopped the next day I felt my PC muscle taking strain, I feel constipated 24/7 like there’s something stuck up my arse, my pelvic area is also feeling strange and my penis feels different like its dead or in hibernation mode some mornings I will wake up with a morning erection at about 60% nothing more.. Throughout the day I get no erections at all and my penis feels stuffy like its tight or something its very uncomfortable, I told my girlfriend I injured myself during sex and I need 3-4 weeks off from any sexual activity. I researched and it said L-Arginine and Ginkgo Biloba will help me so been taking it for the past week and I’ve felt no different.. Have any of you awesome gents had this experience before? Do you know how long it will take to get back to full strength? Its stressing me out.

I just want my full erections back so I can have sex again:(

No one will ever know how long it takes an injury to heal. There are way to many variables to consider and I won’t name them but there are. One guy may heal in a week and another 6 weeks.It is just the way it is.

The problem with guys is they want everything healed yesterday and until it’s healed they constantly want to check and see if it is healed. How could you heal a broken arm if you keep moving it to see if it’s healed? You’re right it will never heal will it? Okay so put your penis in a cast, or maybe a pretend cast. Let it rest and heal. Use warm compresses which will help and by all means take a supplement or two but remember the most healing occurs with rest.

How will know when you’re fully healed? Oh one morning you be woken by something looking at you and you’ll know. Now can you do it r do you want to rush things and slow healing down?

Thanks for the reply.. But how do I know if its a serious injury or not? I’ve been reading some F****ed up shit over the Internet the last few days like your erections will never be the same, You’ve injured your penis for life etc. Its killing me!

Should I go see the doc or should I just rest and give it time?

Going to the doc is never a bad idea.Now for your reading how about reading about cancer and it’s varied symptoms and that should take your mind off your injury. Read stupid stuff get stupid ideas!

Rest. Period.

Doctor is a good idea but he will likely recommend rest first before treating you with anything else.

Do not rush this or you will be sorry. Wait. Rest. Recover. Heal. Do not mess with your penis. Let it do what it does on its own.

How long till the PC muscle pain subsides? And is the PC muscle strain effecting my erection or is that something else?

You will be fine, experienced that plenty of times when overtrained.

All you need is stop stressing, and quit playing with your dick, you can of course have sex, i’d actually suggest to go for it if you are really horny.

Also take some bromeline, its natural and does wonders.

As the pelvic floor muscles are instrumental in an erection it most probably is a factor.
The problem with the pelvic floor is that it is hard to totally keep it still(vs. the biceps for example). So any further strain prolongs the healing. Keep them minimal and try to relax and avoid any subconcious clenching of it.

Time, a lot of Vit C, Vit A, Vit E, Vit D, Amino Acids Lysin, Proline, and others for collagen, elastin, and blood vessels are important. Zinc, copper, iodine, selenium, magnesium, manganese. Good lipids are required for a quick healing. The body must be in a good nutritional state, toxin free for full and quick healing. Else you will accumulate damage. Like an athlete, in a case of injury, the body should heal and bounce back in few days.

Just an update in my situation: I have not jelqed since March 28th and everything seemed a lot better my erections were not at 100% maybe 85 most of the time but sex was not the issue as I could get it up.. I tried to Jelq yesterday and I feel I’m back to square one where I can’t get any kind of erection and my PC or BC muscle is taking strain again so I’m not sure what this injury could be.. I thought I was healed then Bam! Straight to back injured.. I only jelqed for 10 , mins with light pressure, It feels like there us a pipe from my penis to my arse thats strained its very frustrating

Also just out of interest the pipe under your penis (corpus Spongiosum) does that usually stay soft while erect? Because its freaking me out.

The reason of the damage may or may not be PE-related, but what worries you and me too is that it seems to be persistent. This sounds to my medically non-trained ears more like a damage to the pelvic muscles. So you have a “non-PE-related” story to tell the MD. Just simply problems with pelvic muscles leading to erection problems.

Pelvic muscles can be stressed or injured from various activities, sports being the main source. Sometime even lifting a full shopping bag out of the car and making the wrong step, just as an example, can lead to a complex twisting/lifting movement that stresses the pelvic muscles.

Therefore, yes, go and see a doctor. In thee meantime, I recommend mild heat (like a good bath in the tub) as much as possible and abstinence from PE for sure and, if possible, from sex and masturbation.

Usually I am the guy who says “do your Kegels against ED problems”, but in your case I would not like to say so without the blessing of an Urologist.
