Hey everyone so I am finally coming to the community for my injury, so it all started when I was improperly stretching,

I believe that when I pulled my dick out in front of me (I didn’t warm it up) and It felt like a pulled something too far out of place.

In like 5 minutes when I was in the shower I went a hard flaccid, I stupidly kept touching it and pulling on it, after that I just went

out of the shower and went to sleep. For about 2 weeks I didn’t do anymore P.E or masturbation, during those times I

would get a hard flaccid if I squeezed my dick. On that third week I started to masturbate again,

a week later I then started to feel a discomfort in my Hypogastrium region. For some reason whenever I take a shower

or don’t have any pants on I go a hard flaccid. I may go see a doctor but I feel like they wouldn’t know what to do, what do

you guys think it is, and what should I do to recover?

Seeing a doctor would be a wise move but also allowing a month or so to heal would also help. Now to heal you have to leave it alone; you know no masturbation, no testing it, no playing.Would a broken bone heal if you kept moving it?

Thank you for your opinion. Makes me wonder why you’re a member here? Both modalities if practiced safely, work quite well at adding length and girth.

If people didn’t get injured Doing this…. why is there an INJURIES AND TREATMENT section on this site?!….That guys post on DAILY. Why don’t u go and jelq your dick or something while I try to help myself and the others who need help.

Injuries happen in most things we do frequently. Many of the PE injuries stem from men who are simply over zealous. Does that mean PE shouldn’t be practiced?
