Hello good morning! I really need some help. Making an update of my current situation:
age: 28 height: 5.10” 138 pounds
I run 1.5km per day on average
I do calisthenics 6 times a week
I do not eat meat instead I do 4 scrambled eggs a day, low carbohydrate intake and fat besides I do not drink alcohol or smoke.
I take dietary supplement in addition to Omega 3 and BCAA
Routine: I have LOT 6 hours unfortunately because I would like to have gains in length

I do 3 on 1 off - (Sunday, Monday, Tuesday rest on Wednesday)
Heating with rice half and 50 kegels of 8 seconds (at the same time)
3x common stretching in all directions 40 seconds
Heat 4 minutes
4x V strech 30 seconds (hand held up because of low LOT)
Heat 4 minutes
3x BTC strech 1 minute each
Heat 5 minutes
100 dry jelqs (60% erection)
100 jelqs with jelq device (70% erection)
10 minutes heating

I make 2 on 1 off ( thursday, friday and rest on saturday)

Additional: I discovered the LOT low after reading the theory and adding the V-Strech and the difficulty in gaining in the ligament and focusing on the tunic. This all occurred to me on February 10, before I did the newbie routine. Another issue is that I was not regular in the year 2018 but I did not stop doing a single day in the year 2019 in this case consider that I regularly did from January to March this year.

I have 2 positive and 2 negative physiological indicators.
Positives:

-Increase of 0.3 cm or 0.12 inch size NBPEL AND BPEL after 48 hours of rest (happiness)

Negative:
-I do not have morning (even spontaneous) erections
- Decreased hardness of erections (only had erections to do jelq)

I’ve never seen two positive and two negative factors in my life. Then I began to question myself and I observed some details. One thing I noticed during the NOFAP issue is that I do not have sexual thoughts in any way even when a woman passes by me on the street it’s likef a man is passing by(and i am straight). So I thought it could be the decay of testosterone, but in March it’s the month I’m cycling 30 days of Maca Peruana and Tribulus Terrestri, two supplements that help in the production of testosterone.)
Psychological factors is that I do not feel depressed in any way.

Considering these factors, I do not feel pain in the penis, it does not feel like it is damaged but considering the negative factors I would like to know what to do if there is any problem with my routine or problem with NOFAP or even if I really have injured my penis and I do not know how to identify, I really would like some help.
