I think I overdid the Stretching.

I think I overdid the Stretching.

Hey guys, I think I’ve over done my stretching. I have a BUNCH of those red dots.
My current rountine is:
5 minute heat wrap
10 minute Streches
10 minute Jelq Session
Sometimes finish with a nice heat wrap.

Would it be best for me to cut down my stretching to 5 minutes or just be a little more gentle?

Are the red dots on the glans? I would say slack off on the intensity just a bit for now.


No, the dots are on the middle to the lower end of the shaft.

And, I’ll try that, just ease up and be more gentle.


They are burst capallaries (called something like that) and they are harmless.. Usually disappears within 24-48 hours
