I think I overdid the Stretching.
Hey guys, I think I’ve over done my stretching. I have a BUNCH of those red dots.
My current rountine is:
5 minute heat wrap
10 minute Streches
10 minute Jelq Session
Sometimes finish with a nice heat wrap.
Would it be best for me to cut down my stretching to 5 minutes or just be a little more gentle?
