I think I did irreversible damage to my penis

It’s quite normal for healing times of 1 - 2 months. I once snapped my shaft during some hard sex and it took a solid month+ to heal. You really need to give it sufficient time to heal before jumping to any conclusions. It surely doesn’t hurt to see a urologist although they will probably say first give it some time. Do you think your arm would be ok if you took it out of cast 2 weeks after breaking it? Unlikely. Yeah severe bend of the shaft when fully erect, it was hard sex and I was not sober lol. Long time ago. It was really painful for a good deal of time I think particularly when getting hard, basically impossible to try to get hard it was so painful.
