I constantly feel soreness in my ligs

I constantly feel soreness in my ligs

Despite using A LOT of heat and properly warming up, I feel some constant soreness in the ligs on the right-side of my body. It’s not SUPER sore, but I can feel the ligs. I try maintain as close to a flaccid penis as possible when I jelq. Any thoughts?

Also, My unit feels harder when it’s flaccid..not always, though. It’s stretches more easily than before. As a matter fact, unless I measured wrong, My BPFSL has increased by about 1/2” (BPEL is still the same…maybe an 1/16 or so longer).

My obvious concern with both questions is, am I injured? I feel totally find otherwise.

Maybe a bit overworked?

I didn’t think about this until I was PEing after I wrote this post. I think the sore ligs are an effect of being right-side dominant. I think I just pulled differently (not necessarily harder) with my right. I think I need to focus more on pulling forward, and not off to the side, and keeping my wrist straight, and not twisting it.

My cool down includes 5-10 minutes of heat usually with either a wash clothe or a heating pad.

As far as overtraining is concerned, my PIs are all good. My flaccid hang is longer, my dick looks and feels more plump than ever before, and EQ is great (but it’s never really been a problem), and I get decent morning wood. The only negative PI that I’ve experienced is the one that I described above and it’s not that bad.

What sort of cool down would you recommend?

Maybe try your routine at a higher erection level to focus more on girth for a while? I mean if everything is going good except for the soreness and it’s not too big of a deal then I wouldn’t worry about it.

From what you posted your cool down looks pretty textbook to me.

If I felt like soreness was becoming a problem I would change my routine to focus more on girth.
