Hundreds Of Red Spots

I have just finished a jelq session and I have developed hundreds of small red spots all around my mid-shaft.

I assume that this is burst capilaries/blood vessels and does not cause any pain. Should I be worried? I intend on resting until it clears up, but will this cause any long term effects?

They will clear up within a day or two, at the most. This is a sign that you are gripping too hard and need to ease up on the force you are applying. Just take a break for a couple days until it clears up. And when you start back up, remember to be more gentle.
