Apologies for the delayed reply, without going into detail I’ve just had some of the most serious events happen in the last few weeks and the dust is just settling hence my absence.
I really feel I’m down on my luck lately haha but P.E goes on (hopefully). I really hope experienced individuals can shed some light on my situation as I’ really worried at this point and it is
Having a negative psychological impact on my personal life which I never expected-so here are the facts.
I 1st started experimenting with P.E roughly 4 yrs ago, nothing radical just some old fashion jelqing which I learnt about during my investigation. I did this along with some basic stretching exercises
And saw some differences as a result of a daily routine which from memory lasted about 2-3 months until one day I sustained an injury which I think was from incorrect stretching which resulted in what I noticed
As a change in the shape of my wang from a cyclinder to more an oval when look directly from the front. There is a small lift starting bout 2 inches from the tip also and the tissue under the glans felt very stiff.
I suspect the 2 CC chambers were over stressed and as a result had flattened slight hence the cyclindrical to oval transformation. This injury freaked me out completely at the time and I stopped PEing altogether and to this day I still don’t know what kind of an injury that was. Id occasionally light jelq but nothing routine like those 3mnths.
I knew there was plenty of room for development and my curiosity got the better of me this year when I purchased a gauged pump in March this year.
I did some initial research and started using with some staggering results. I could hardly believe my response to the routine which was every weekday.
1st week for 5 minutes daily, 2nd week for 10 minutes daily and 3rd week for 15mins daily.
It was towards the end of this 3rd week where I hit a wall. After my 3rd 5min session on that day I acquired what I later found out the dreaded injury know as the firm flaccid,
I freaked out and did nothing not knowing what had happened until the end of April. From some research I learnt about warm up, downs and how heat socks assisted in the healing process.
I did this twice daily for a month after and when the month was up, I tried to pump and see how I would respond, after one 5 min session I still had a firm flaccid. I thought I must need more time
So I heat socked daily until the start of this month. I tried pumping again and after 2 months I finally healed and didnt have a firm flaccid after pumping. I did notice that my flaccid and erect had reduced
Noticably in size id say around an inch after this period
HOWEVER, I’ve noticed my penis is no longer responding in the same way as it initially did in the beginning of March. Instead of expanding all pink and fluffy and spongy it is now stiff and very firm after
Pumping and no longer expands in the same manner. I’ve pumped 3 times this month for 10mins on 3-4 Hg and he definitely looks different maybe darker in colour while in the tube but more importantly
He definitely does not expand as much as before. To make matters worse my last pump session was about a week ago and I got mentally distracted and did not have a full erection whilst in the tube for that 10 mins. I don’t know what the side effects of semi while pumping are but iv’e noticed my glans is alot less sensitive than usual to the point where I would say it is no more sensitive than my fingertip-
This lessening of sensitivity is particularly noticable on the top of the glans. This has completely freaked me out and I’m afraid to try of do anything in fear it might make things worse.
In summary
A. The sensation on my glans have declined noticably since last week, I’m finding it hard to achieve a full erection with the same previous level of excitement, as if theres almost a hard tissue blockage about an inch under the glans the sensitivity there has also declined. The glans does not expand as easily as before and there is almost an odd tingling sensation in the hardened core tissue where glan meets the shaft.
B. I no longer expand properly while pumping and it does not get blood spots or stay fluffy for hours after pumping now.
C. Before the firm flaccid injury I was doing routime BC/PC exercises but after this the firm flaccid doing a BC/PC squeeze no longer gives the same effect as before as again, it feels like the blood is having trouble

D. My glans and the end does feel a little colder than usual as it does feel like the circulation has declined.
I never thought I could encounter such problems in such a short time, as this has freaked my out and impacted my personal life so much I think I will have to end my 5 yr relationship with my GF soon.
I don’t know if time is important to achieve proper healing in this case but I genuinely feel trapped and helpless with my situation as surely there are others who would be familiar with what I’m experiencing
And proven remedies which can heal or reverse this awful condition.
