Help me identify my pain sources

On the picture there are 2 points where I occasionally feel pain.

“A” is where I feel pain using my noose style ADS.
“B” is a pain that comes and goes whenever it wants whether I’m PE’ing or not doing anything related to it. It only started after I started PE and I attribute it to my attempts at base clamping (with hands) when I wasn’t ready.

Whats on those 2 spots? Would it be the nerve on both places?

I read some of your other messages. It sounds like you may have inflammation of the prostate. This causes traveling pain, which can at times be at the base of the penis, the tip, in the scrotum, across the pelvis, and in the perineum (near your anus). I suggest masturbating frequently to reduce inflammation. Do not, however, masturbate following PE exercises, because PE may be causing acute inflammation that does not allow semen/urine to pass completely.

To me it is simply stressed or distended muscle. There is an intro on newbies that says conditioning is aa prerequsite to healthy PE especially atempting advanced techniques

Hey there,
Thanks for the reply. I am positive sure though that at least injury “A” is a straight consequence of noose ADS use + jelqing when sore.
Injury “B” I believe is something I developed from what sricardo said, attempting advanced stuff (holds) when I shouldn’t.

What I wanted to know, though, is what is located on those spots.
