Help me identify my pain sources
On the picture there are 2 points where I occasionally feel pain.
“A” is where I feel pain using my noose style ADS.
“B” is a pain that comes and goes whenever it wants whether I’m PE’ing or not doing anything related to it. It only started after I started PE and I attribute it to my attempts at base clamping (with hands) when I wasn’t ready.
Whats on those 2 spots? Would it be the nerve on both places?
