help me about my Nerve damage !
about 2 months ago I did newbie routine but I think I did my jelqs too hard, and after sessions my penis was numb
but I was thinking its normal after 15 session I have noticed that I have lost glans sensitivity and around of the head.
My routine was
5 min warm up ,200 x 3 sec jelqs ,10 x 30 manual stretches.
Right now I’m taking multivitamin and B1 300 .
It’s a little better than before but not completely recovered.
please help me to cure my nerve damage. I want to start PE again
