Help I got injured Varicose vein just below the glans

My superficial dorsal vein enlarged and I m sure it depends on my last workouts where I totally skipped the warm up and did lot of squeezing exercise.. Well my EQ is still good but I noticed this vein bulging just below the glans and it’s noticeable both when I m soft and hard.. Also the color became darker..

I think you may be confusing the word varicose with thrombosis.

I think I was right instead.. My vein is enlarged and it doesn’t hurt.. A thrombosed vein hurts and shrinks.

I studied medicine like matters at university also.
