Hard flaccid after jelqing injury

I suffer from hard flaccid after my injury and maybe from too many kegels. Any tips to get rid of hard flaccid ? . Thank you .

We need to narrow it down a little more though before you can treat it effectively e.g ligament injury, vein injury, blocked lymph channel those are the main 3 I think. Most people in this subsection of the forums have varying degrees of severity in terms of the damage to the penis. Often these injuries go hand in hand I assume.
I thought I had hard flaccid after an injury but it’s just some fluid accumulation and a strained/torn lig that needs time and a little tlc,
If you think you may have injured a penile ligament I have heard it’s better to have you penis pointing in a certain direction as to not put any unnecessary pressure on the damaged ligament and so it heals on a good angle if that makes sense.

THIS IS ALL JUST MY THEORY(I don’t even know 100% what my injury is, I saw a urologist he said it was all normal and wanted to charge me 150 bucks for a urination flow test which I politely declined)
Since my injury the penis feels like it can’t retract all the way back into my body, my theory is there is so much fluid accumulation after this injury that it physically can’t retract past a certain point, I started taking a supplement for prostate health which contained some chinese herbs amongst other things these prostate health pills claim to help with cystitis and FLUID RETENTION(I thought this sounds like it may be in the ball park in terms of treating my symptoms, 3 hours after taking my first pill of that supplement .This precum like substance came out of my penis completely involuntarily and not even having sexual thoughts to induce. My theory is there is just so much fluid accumulation that it’s being rerouted out my dick due to something in the tablets, because when I stop taking the tablets I don’t get this mystery fluid coming out my dick anymore, tomorrow I am going back on that supplement to continue my healing process hopefully, I can’t vogue for any supplements because the onlything that has helped me regain what I define regular sensation in my dick was massage, though I’ve been throwing the kitchen sink at it in terms of supplements creams erosets oil etc etc
I just found it so strange to be having some mystery fluid leaking out my dong xD

I find massaging real good helps restore sensation to my penis. Like firegoat said in this thread: Thombosed Vein vs Clogged Lymph Vessels (p. 3)
Massage across the lymph vessels rather than up and down. And massage that bit just above your penis too like where the penis goes under the pubic bone I regained a lot of sensation today massaging this area across like firegoat said(this guy is some sorta genius)

Best of luck brother. Your injury may be different to mine but through talking about it on here we may progress/conceive ideas and help others along the line.

Try leaving your penis alone for a month. Don’t do anything.Let it rest.

How long has this been going on? Hard flaccid is typically due to pelvic floor tension. I would cease all kegels and focus on relaxin your pelvic floor. When you get past it, don’t overdo it with the kegels again. Some turtling after PE is normal as long as it only lasts a short while. Good luck.

Hi guys iam back. So iam quite young. A year ago i tried jelqing and i did it very hard and wrong. My symptoms are

1) Detached skin. easy to pull and i can grab the veins.

2) My penis is more heavy than before. Standing erections are harder to achieve.

3) It bends more from the left and there is less force when pulling it down when erect.

4) I had a soft flaccid for months that turned into hard flaccid. Recently i masturbated to porn and i felt a sharp pain the the shaft. Iam back to soft flaccid and sometimes hard when standing. By
soft flaccid i mean like air is inside , definately not normal.

5) i have a hard vein on the right side whitch hurts and i can feel a pulse.

6) less morning wood and no rock hard erections.

7) Sometimes i get some pain

Also something i forgot. I have a thinning under the glanse in the base where the glanse is attached.

1. That’s how it should be.
2. If your penis is heavier, it is bigger. It can only get heavier if there is more tissue there. Larger penises take more erection strength to raise up.
3. The ligaments are probably longer on one side than the other if the whole penis ‘leans’ to one side. If there is an actual bend in the shaft, that is different.
4. Flaccid penises vary all the time. Sometimes they are softer, sometimes harder. Soft is good as it means the nerves supplying it are relaxed. You cannot have air in your penis.
If it’s hard all the time and feels like hard rubber, it usually indicates that the pudendal nerve is being squeezed by muscle contraction in the perineum - there are plenty of threads on hard flaccid and stretches to try to relax the perineum.
5. A pulse is normal. In teenager type erections the penis is often seen to bob up and down with the heartbeat. Have you read this thread: Thombosed Vein vs Clogged Lymph Vessels
6. Probably because you are worried about your penis.
7. If you ‘sometimes’ get pain there is usually nothing to be worried about. If you continuously get pain which never goes away, then you should see a urologist.

Basically if you are worried, go see a professional. It is impossible for us to diagnose over the web. As it seems your symptoms are on and off, you should probably just avoid PE or rough masturbation for an extended time. It doesn’t sound like you have anything major to worry about. Most of your listed symptoms are normal phases that penises go through. Stress often causes temporary hard flaccid or less morning wood or weaker erections, and worrying about your penis is the prime cause of the type of stress that causes these symptoms.

Hardflaccid is a pelvic floor imbalance condition. If you did too many kegels, it is likely that your pelvic floor muscles are tired and need time to recover. Take rest, and don’t force an erection until the condition improves.

Consider Reverse Kegels after a while to balance your pelvic floor.

Do not worry much, and try not let it scare you, you will recover. It just needs some time.

The threads on here have a wealth of information to look at and research.

Although I agree that hard flaccid is linked to pelvic floor issues/trauma, I think you shouldn’ t do reverse Kegel’s, not even if you had not this issue.Reverse Kegel’s are never good for anything, they only can be a source of worries.

OK, I’ve looked at it, but am not going to read 52 pages of the thread, and I don’t have a membership there to look at the photos. That thread obviously gives you lots more thoughts and opinions. I stand by what I’ve said above.

Severe injuries usually result in being unable to maintain or obtain an erection at all, or result in Peyronie’s disease if the penis has been fractured badly etc.; you have neither of those problems.
I believe that once you give it time and stop worrying about it, your problems will resolve themselves. The penis is remarkably resilient.

My apologies if this is off-topic. Why do you think Reverse Kegels only cause worries?

It is my understanding that if they are not overdone, and without strain, reverse kegels can help balance a tense pelvic floor.

Of course if it is injured then neither exercise should be attempted until the pelvic floor completely recovers, but after that, a few reverse kegels should relax/stretch the muscles.

Do you recommend squats instead? I think it can be a good exercise to help with pelvic floor balance.
