So I just started working a construction job and am outdoors a lot. I must have came in contact with some poison ivy because my stomach and dick were itching. However, I didn’t realize I actually had a poison ivy rash until I started jelqing.

I was doing a lot of stretching whenever I could get away from for a few seconds so that is how is must have gotten on my dick. The rash is on the underside on on my cock and I didn’t notice it until after two sets of jelqing after which appeared a nasty deep purple splotch covering almost the entire underside of my penis.

I guess I don’t really need any advice, I’m sure it will go away in a few days, but word to the wise don’t do any jelqing if your dick has been itching a lot lately.

I have now tried twice more to jelq and each time I get the deep red bruising. Tonight I tried after over a week off after two minutes of jelqing I get the bruising. This is after the poison ivy has faded on other parts of my body and there is no signs of poison ivy on my dick until I jelq.

I don’t know what to do except take more time off but does anyone know of any effective poison ivy treatments that could speed the process along?

Have you used anything to treat it already, like cortisone or calamine lotion? Or have you just been letting it run its course? I see here that predisone is sometimes prescribed.

I grew up around poison oak and got rashes at least once a year. I used calamine lotion on the rash to reduce itching. That was back before cortisone was available over the counter.

My brother once spent a day chainsawing through the stuff, so he was breathing a poison oak mist. He swelled up like a clown, and it got in his throat and lungs. I think he spent some time in the hospital. The stuff’s nothing to fuck with. You seem to be over the spreading phase, but don’t let it get near your butt or your urethra.

I’ve used both but it seems those lotions and I guess most all Poison Ivy treatments are more to stop the itch, and my dick doesn’t really itch anymore. It just bruises badly when I jelq. I guess I just need to wait it out as it seems this bruising isn’t going to stop anytime soon.
