Glans Texture Is Going Bad

Hello everyone. I stopped PE November 2017, after seeing a small line or groove/crack on my glans. Before this my glans was always completely smooth. I thought it would heal up but no… it got worse with time.

During 2018 i did not do any PE and i tried everything but it got worse, now i have these lines/cracks all over the glans, mosly cracks on the upperside towards me. I have tried keeping it moisturized, nofap, letting it dry etc but nothing seems to reverse this keratinization/cracking process. This really sucks since i was so happy with my unit right before this and now it just gives me anxiety.

I am uncut and it seems so uncommon for uncut guys like me to have this kind of issue. And i am also losing sensation and when my penis deflates the glans loses blood instantly, not lile before where the shaft and glans seemed to inflate/deflate at the same time. I need to kegel for it to fill up but when completely filled these cracks usually line out and disappear.

What has happened to my glans? I am going to try to not touch it for like three weeks and keep it clean but moist and hope for the best.

Hello Hungville. How old are you? I think thats could be related to your age. I remember that when I was younger my glans was very smooth. Today is not. But I don’t care because when I am fully erect I don’t have any lines. I am uncut too

Hello man, i am only 20 years old so doubt it is an age thing. When i am fully erect and kegeled most of them goes away, but in the other states it is very ”cracked”.

How old are you? When did you notice this change in apperance? Was it after PE? Really thankful for answers, cheers.
