Well I will trying X-ray next month to be sure. Because one day I saw my penis before erect, then I thought something wrong, of course it’s my sensitive opinion. But left side of penis shape is weird enough. I add a picture to explain.
And, I stopped masterbate 20 days but Now I’m doing it, I don’t know stopping masterbate can help.

2. Now I’m doing exercise such as running and workout for recovery, and not yet recovery.

I’m glad to hear that you’re in touch with a (hopefully) qualified doctor who specializes in this kind of problem. Are you saying that your erections are just weaker than before, but that you can still get and maintain an erection? In the meantime, I’d also recommend total rest. No PE, and no masturbation. Give your penis a chance to recover.

Yes, give it some time, try not to masturbate, don’t even think about jelqing.

You may also adopt a diet that helps healing during this process, just like you’d do after getting a body piercing: no red or pork meat, lots of water, no eggs, milk or their sub-products, basically just low fat food, but keep the proteins intake (soy, beans, lentils, etc). This will not cure your situation, but WILL help your body to heal way faster. Oh, also avoid chocolate (sorry) and too much wine (or any alcohol beverage anyway).

Keep going to different doctors until you have a better opinion.

You will probably be back to your normal state, but it may take longer than you expect, so be patient. It’s your body so it’s worth your time :) .
