Fluid build up

Had a great session today. Hang 10 lbs for 15 mins x 3 sets
Clamp 3 sets of 10 mins
Adc device with some edging for about 20 mins

Left adc on for another hour and not have a ton of fluid build up at the base. I’ve worn my adc a few times before, but I actually tightened it a bit today so it was tighter then normal.

Is this normal? Expected? Do I need to worry?
