First injury :
Hi guys. I know this is a common issue with newbie : I’ve overtrain and eventually injured myself..
I’m on my 2nd rest day because of a “firm flaccid” state and I don’t know how serious is my case. I’ve passed half my day searching exactly what’s the right answer to this and what was the cause. I suspect the PC muscle but I’m not sure :
- I can get and maintain raging hard erections, no deflated glans or some and no need to physical stimulation. Even standing (I read it matters).
- The firm flaccid stay all day long I warm up 30min like 5 times/day but it still remain hard and turtle few min after
- Used to be super-anxious these days, it doesn’t help
- I have no ideas what exercise lead me to this. That’s weird but my quick kegels sessions were the only source of soreness.
Jelq weren’t performed at high erect level and I don’t do many stroke (still looking for the best grip for it.)
I’ve done a lot of stretch by session (like 20-30min) never felt any pain.
Is there someone who dealt with this shit ? Any advices are welcomed.
