Hi guys. I know this is a common issue with newbie : I’ve overtrain and eventually injured myself..

I’m on my 2nd rest day because of a “firm flaccid” state and I don’t know how serious is my case. I’ve passed half my day searching exactly what’s the right answer to this and what was the cause. I suspect the PC muscle but I’m not sure :

- I can get and maintain raging hard erections, no deflated glans or some and no need to physical stimulation. Even standing (I read it matters).

- The firm flaccid stay all day long I warm up 30min like 5 times/day but it still remain hard and turtle few min after

- Used to be super-anxious these days, it doesn’t help

- I have no ideas what exercise lead me to this. That’s weird but my quick kegels sessions were the only source of soreness.
Jelq weren’t performed at high erect level and I don’t do many stroke (still looking for the best grip for it.)
I’ve done a lot of stretch by session (like 20-30min) never felt any pain.

Is there someone who dealt with this shit ? Any advices are welcomed.

I have the same problem! And also posted here, but I still didn’t get any answers! I have done nothing for 2 weeks. And have still erection problems!

I seriously can’t figure out why newbies risk so much with such an important member of their body. I’m not trying to single you out and only hoping that other newbies reading this thread take notice.

You joined in February and you are already up to 20-30 minutes of stretching? I have been back on the program for 2 months and still haven’t gone over 10 minutes and have gained .5” in length. This isn’t a race to see how much you can do‚Ķthat doesn’t grow a big dick.

The only thing you can do is rest and your dick will tell you when it is ready to PE again. I can’t stress enough how proper conditioning is essential to a great PE routine and growth.

Take the time to read up on PE and PI so you can avoid injury when you start back up.

I had an injury scare today. I let off my clamp after a set (clamping very lightly because I’m not conditioned anymore) and I looked down to see blood on my hands. Immediately I freaked out and searched for where the damage was because I hadn’t felt it at all. Turns out the blood was actually from where I scraped my finger on the clamp. Happiest I’ve ever been to have a cut on my knuckle.

I had just begun my foreskin stretches this morning when I felt a sharp pain deep inside, down at the internal base. I think I may have strained the left ligament, but I’m not sure. I immediately stopped and put heat on it and it felt better. It is just slightly sore. I really only notice the pain if I rub the area. Otherwise I only feel a slight discomfort. I don’t think I caused any real damage, just a strain. I will continue with a PE break and heat and see what comes of it. If I still feel the discomfort in a week I will go to my doctor. Any advice?

It is hard for me to get how you can hurt your ligaments stretching only your skin.

Maybe you need more info. I was following Randall Magwood’s book on PEing. He describes how to reinstate the foreskin by obtaining an erection, gripping the shaft at the base and pulling your foreskin up to the head. I have a decent amount of foreskin for a circumcised guy and can easily get my foreskin past the head. When I get it past the head, I squeeze the skin around the head until I feel a good stretch, which he talks about. The only thing I can think of, is that while squeezing the skin around the head, I actually caused a downward force of the erect penis. Maybe that was it.

You were doing that erect? Why the hell the author suggest to perform that exercise whilst erect? Makes no sense.

Anyway your guess coul be right; I’m thinking you could have cause a straing to your tunica or ligament. It will heal in a week or two, no drama, but never, never in the future perform stretches or bends on the erect penis.

All is well! I feel 100% better from the other day. I think it was just a minor thing. But I’m keeping the heat on it and taking a break for now. Regarding your question on the author’s suggestion to stretch the foreskin over an erection - I guess his intent was to use the erection as a means with which to stretch the skin. Every other stretching exercise he warns against having an erection. The instructions he gave for this exercise however was to pull the skin up as close to, or past, the head of the erect penis. Hold until the erection subsides, then repeat. I guess my problem was that mine never softened, which is typical of me anyway - morning wood! But that wasn’t my first time with that either, so I don’t know. This time it just happened to hurt. In hind sight I think the foreskin can be stretched by just pulling it up past the flaccid penis. Anyway - All is well that ends well and I got a reprieve and learned a good lesson. Thanks for the concern.

Much better

Injured lig healing well. I am continuing with moist heat therapy but have begun jelqing again without stretching. I am only jelqing for about 15 min., lightly, nothing heavy. All seems to be going well. Getting nice morning erections still and also in the evening.
