I can but it does seem harder to do, when doing a wee it takes longer for my urine to stop when I do a kegal.

Last night I massaged the area while watching TV and the hard tissue went for a while but soon came back, I’m hoping this is a good sign, surely if damage was that bad it wouldn’t return to its normal state at all.

Can you get your penis glans to fill up as it used to before injury? If not, try to recognize and press on the deep dorsal vein in the middle on top of the penis while masturbating. I can get an erection like I used to when I do it. Like this the erection feels complete and the kegels during erection feel effective.

PS. For me it doesn´t really matter whether I press on the DDV at base level or near the glans.

It may seem like the vein, but it might be because you are pressing on the dorsal nerve. This causes most men to develop fuller erections. (However, I could be wrong, it could be vein pressure, I just always assumed it was a nerve reflex).

There is even a cockring on the market that does this called Hardware (HARDWEAR cockring info). I am not endorsing this product, merely mentioning it for your information.

Im sure it is the vein. This effects only the glans (and the rest of corpus spongiosum). The filling of the glans gives a pleasurable feeling and it in turn helps me to build up the rest of the erection (CC). Without pressing the vein my glans doesn´t fill up. Before my injury my glans gradually filled up and was tender in a good way during erections.

To answer to your question, I don´t have to press hard on the vein. Just a really light press is enough. But if the CC underneath the vein isn´t properly erect the vein needs to be pressed a little harder. As soon as the CC is hard, just a very light press is enough to maintain good glans erection.
It took me a while to learn where exactly the vein travels. I learned to identify it all the way from the base to the glans. That way I could block the vein with my thumb near the glans during masturbation.

This is the most interesting part i think:
If I let go (release the vein) the glans empties and my BC-muscle starts contracting and tries to pump blood but without sufficient result. The result is that the erection starts to fade away. But when I press on the vein again, the glans starts filling up. After 2-3 kegels the glans fills up and the BC-muscle stops contracting.

My condition seems to be a copy of Yagathan50´s. Check out his pictures on his “before * after surgery” post.

He went through surgery to block the leak. According to my information not only his erections but also his flaccid appearance changed afterwards.

I thought everybody with a firm flaccid might be interested in reading this. Especially if the flaccid firmness is connected with worsened erection quality and pleasure and a weirdly acting BC-muscle.

5. Drink in the morning without stopping 1 littre of water 1 litre in the afternoon and one littre when you go to sleep hold this in you , not to much but not to less ,well more to much
6. AFter one month try to stand 5 minutes in your head in the morning and other 5 before you sleep
7.Before you sleep make a prostate massage 15 minutes one day, two off
8.TAke ginko and siberian ginseng
9.Do streching exercise for the body expeacilly wich involves the perinem zone

That’s what made me doubt it more, even though the routine is ridiculous enough.
