Firm flaccid penis

229, I just had my massage therapist work heavily on my hips and piriformis and I will be stretching them as often as I remember, thank you for the idea.

But Big Al mentioned that after long years on PE boards they had even massive lies of guys who recommend cures without any effects.

He called they pro Lin/surgery and all the time advice some natural treatment.After 1 month with Lin supplements which cost a litle I believe that many examples of cured guys on PE board and actionlove can be fake (mayby not all but even most of them)

I don’t want to misrepresent Big Al, but I believe his position was that chances of injury due PE, if done “safely” was “miniscule,” and that almost all of the reported injuries were from guys who clearly did something wrong, like erect jelqing, or from trolls who impersonate posters, with the sole intention of discrediting PE or scaring the crap out of people. I’m sure some of that goes on, but it seems to me that there are some cases where guys had serious problems just doing something like the “newbie” routine. What the odds are, I don’t know, but it’s something to be aware of when you start.

I doubt we have pinched nerves which require stretching the hips. It’s obvious we have soft tissue damage from vigorous work. Simple.

I think I have something to contribute on the subject.
I’ve had firm flaccid problems for years and significant fluctuations in size.
I was told a while ago by a naturopath that I was deficient in magnesium relating to other symptoms but didn’t relate it to my penis until recently after I had done more research. Magnesium is one of the most essential nutrients your body needs to function properly, the most relevant things to us are that it relaxes smooth muscle and can reverse calcification of soft tissue,ligaments and arteries aswell as regulate hormone levels (which are also a big part of firm flaccid). Calcification actually occurs when there is too much calcium in the body and too little magnesium, the excess calcium ends up hardening in your tissue and arteries. It is said that the majority of the population is deficient to some degree in magnesium and I believe it makes some of us more prone to injury during PE.
Over the years since I was told I was deficient I have tried oral magnesium supplements with limited success, it is poorly absorbed in the intestine and the excess will give you diarrhea which I always experienced after a couple of weeks and had to stop/start to combat it. Only now I have discovered Magnesium Oil. It is far better absorbed through the skin with no side effects and can be directly applied to problem areas. I took a chance on this stuff and have been applying it directly to my penis for the last 10 days and my flaccid has never been better!! It is soft to touch and much girthier. Supposedly oral magnesium takes up to 6 months to raise your cell levels where as applied topically it can do it in as little as 1 month. I’m hoping I will see more permanent results in the coming weeks.

So I will keep the thread updated with my progress but anybody who wants to try it should be able to find it at a health food store or on the net. It’s Magnesium Chloride Oil

I assure you guys this isn’t a gimmick and I encourage you to research the benefits of magnesium. I’ve tried to type this as best I can but I have probably left something out so feel free to ask me questions and I will keep you updated with my progress

token24 Thanks for your input.So please keep report how are your result and write what about your EQ ? I believe most of us would be happy even when we still have firm flaccid but full rock hard erection in addition.

I’ve been trying to figure out what the cause of my problems were since last October and was at wits end. After reading your post I searched for piriformis stretches on youtube. (It’s a video called “How to Fix Piriformis Syndrome”) I did the three exercises and I’m already seeing results.. Even sensitivity is returning! Oh man, thank you so much!

I know this probably won’t work for everyone but it’s worth giving it a shot. After stretching out my left leg (where it felt like there was some kind of ball inside the left buttock) both the scrotum and penis felt “loose” and connected like they’re supposed to be, as if my nerves had been compressed all this time. This is amazing. I’m gonna continue doing these exercises until full sensitivity has returned. Thanks again, 229223!

Goal: BPEL 8 x 6 inches. Hell, if I hit 8, I'm going for 9!

I do not think I have this problem, although I did try the stretches.

The only one that does anything for me is where I put my foot straight out and look down. It hurts incredibly. Perhapes a good sign.

Token, thank you for sharing with us, this is starting to look like we may all have different causes to some extent.

Very interesting though, I will surley do some reading on it as I am ready to try about anything as my 1 yr mark approaches.

Low magnesium causes the muscles to tense. You can relax the muscles by applying the oil directly to your groin. That combined with the stretches will help greatly. You can also get bath salts and laying in the bath for 30 min will increase your cell levels aswell.

I woke up this morning with great wood that had a nice pump to it. My flaccid is soft 90% of the time it is flaccid now and I expect this to improve in a couple of weeks to always be like this. My libido has picked up slightly too which I also expect to improve over the next few weeks aswell.

Definately try it! I know you probably roll your eyes when you hear of another supplement but magnesium is absolutely essential for the proper function of your body.
We may have different initial causes but I think it all comes back to the same thing. This is the most effective way to address the problem. So please do your reading and hopefully you will buy some as I am sure this will help you as it has me.

Yeah the ebay link is the kind of stuff I’m using, the oil is actually magnesium chloride dissolved in pure water so you could even make it yourself.
As for my situation I for as long as I can remember always had a firm flaccid. Although I didn’t have ED the size of my erections fluctuated about 1/2 inch in both length and girth and I just assumed I had good and bad days and didn’t think much about the firmness of my penis until I got here. I found PE because I was looking for a way to regularly get to maximum size. I could never get into a good pattern of positive PI’s while PE’ing and my firm flaccid got worse and I basically ended up with an injury that for the majority of the time kept it cold and firm with signs of ED so I started looking into what was causing it, although I don’t see it as an injury as it is an aggravation of an existing problem.

I tried heaps of supplements and some would improve my erections but my flaccid was still firm.
The magnesium oil has helped alot and after not even 2 weeks I have very noticeable results.
I’m not claiming to be cured yet as I still have a minor discomfort in my penis but I’m confident that will go in a couple of weeks.
I also have more energy, feel stronger and am more relaxed from using this stuff. Aswell as rubbing it on my penis I rub it on the underside of my wrists and elbow, the sides of my chest and my neck and basically aim to target major arteries to help get it into the blood stream quicker, my skin is also alot softer to touch even on places I havent put the oil on.

I’m very interested to see if other people get good results so please try it!

It sounds promising but most of us have developed as well big changes in vascularity and have main symptoms of venous leak.But this oil may help in tissue relaxing I supose.

This is strange but thought I would mention it, for those that have soft glans when erect. Sit on the edge of your bed or chair and masturbate until you have a hard erection (the hardest you can achieve), now lean forward so your chest pretty much touches your knees, while in this position touch your glans. When I do this my glans go rock hard.

I see my Endocrinologist in a few weeks and hopefully will be starting treatment of some sort to fix my hormone problems, which I’m hoping will fix my firm flaccid state. I have some supplements to try as well, I wasn’t going to take these until after seeing my Endocrinologist but I’m thinking about taking them from tomorrow.

299233, thanks for that. That was a really good description. I can imagine how much better you feel now. It really is unbelievable… Still I find it hard not to think this is related to your PE. I wonder how many penis problems like this go unhealed because the urologists can’t see anything wrong with the penis itself. You would do good to post this on medhelp and other online places where many people with this problem gather.
