Firm flaccid penis

Do you have regular erections and is it hard flaccid most of the time or normal and spongy .do you feel it will just heal and go back to normal after a while with no more injuries

Well I just recovered from my second “cold hard flaccid” state,but this wasn’t as severe ast the first time.

The first time I spent a few days in front of a heater,drinking water,taking 2 aspirin every 4 hours.
I felt totally disconnected from it,it was scary I thought it was going to turn black and fall off.

Well anyhow I think it will totally heal in time,but stop playing with it,let it come back when it wants to,I mean by all means see a doctor,I didn’t but I’m dumb that way.

If it is in pain,turning different colors,or talking to you then see a doctor

I already saw 3 doctors and they can’t find any problem they think nothing is wrong .It goes back and forth, one day it’s good the next day it’s not.. I don’t know anymore I’m just going to smoke my weed and not care and hopefully things will be back to normal in the future

I did smoke a lot of weed when I had the injury thinking it would relax the tissue,thin the blood,more circulation etc etc.

I would try taking a few aspirin.

One thing which I know is that there is a huge mental connection to your penis,I mean for instance last time it happened I thought “oh shit I injured myself” when I felt a hard spot on my left side,immediately my erection deflated and it friggin retracted into my body,cold,hard,flat and I couldn’t get a erection for like 3 days.

Yea that’s true I’ve noticed.but if I knew it was going to be okay in the future then I wouldn’t even stress it .it’s just the fact of me thinking I’m going to be like this for the rest of my life and no doctors know what’s wrong .I need to know at least if it will be back at a point.then ill be good

You will,I mean if you fractured your penis or blew out a vein you would know it,there would be discoloration etc etc.but yeah the penis is very much connected to you mentally,it contracts in dangerous situations,or should I say “fight or flight” situations.and I think from trauma,over training

Another thing I find I am at my largest size when not trying to do anything just letting a erection come to be,when I start messing around I remain “hard” but it isn’t as big

Anyhow.. I just need to get the PE routine down.

Hye guys, what exactly constitutes a firm flaccid penis?

Sometimes mine feels like it kind of dense and rubbery at the core while the skin is loose around it. It is still flexible though, and usually if I don’t maturbate for a few days it gets better and then when I do masturbate it gets kind of firm feeling.

Basically it gets very hard,cold and small,like all the blood has withdrawn from retracts inside the pelvis.I believe it is more of a defensive reaction then happens when you hit your penis with to much

8Mashina - that’s it exactly. Take a few days to a week off if this happens and start up slow when you return to PE.

Thanks guys, sometimes our units do this naturaly anyways dont they? I havent PE’d or masturbated in a few days, been getting in the hot tub, sitting in front of a heater and drinking lots of water and massaging.. My whole unit is warm to the touch most of the time it seems like, and my glans are actualy filling up with blood a little. My glans were always deflated when erect and cold when flaccid.

Not bad, I think I’ll keep going with these routines before I start up. This is probably why I wasn’t gaining for two months.

I also kegel,I am no sure if it helps,but I figure it promotes better circulation and health,also it is a good way to direct that PE away from more aggressive methods into peripheral sexual development

Will fish oils and vitimans be enough to fix this over time? What is the cheapest, easiest way for me to get these things that I need?

As I see the site suggests boosting the nitric oxide and prostaglandins e1 and e3 via HGH, which seems reasonable and can be done with a right exercise and supplement program(various amino-acids, vitamins and herbs). Yeah - Fish oil may work. I think that multivitamins, no-masturbation and fish oil will be a good start, also L-arginine, vitamin C and vitamin E could prove to be useful. I will try to get in touch with the authors of the site and request additional information on this matter, if possible.

I just picked up some Vitiman E, I have heard about it in reguards to PE and penis health, so I figured why not. Where can one aquire L-arginine? Wal-mart hopefully?
