And by “coming back stronger”, I don’t necessarily mean bigger, it’ll just be harder to over train - which could be a good or bad thing. It might be bad because you might push yourself too far again and go through the same cycle. So even when it does come back start with the newbie routine (or less if you have to).

Every time I over train I basically think of it is a “restart” time. So I rest then do the newbie routine for a while before restarting extreme exercises. You might want to do the newbie routine for like 4or 5 months though.


I can get back most of my EQ,
but I found that my penis is very tight after I had every erection, morning wood or sex.
and doing kegels would make it even worse.
Seems a long way to go for fully healed.
Have you had this type of injury experience? if so, how long does it take to heal?

Did I suffer from Peyronie’s Disease?
the symtoms seems similar, the base is a bit hard and I have the soreness.
I think I was hurt from a erect jelq overhand pull.

this is different from the ligs hurt before I had, the ligs hurt was only swelling base but it won’t affect the erection, I still could do a light jelq at that time.
But this time it had affected my EQ, it’s sore and hard base of penis seems difficult to be gone.

I did warming up 10-15 minutes, 6 times per day.

I tried stretching with 4 directions by 1 time by 30 sec, jelq of 30 with 30% erect,
things got worse, the base tighten again, it’s the forth day rest today and I could not get back before that PE,
I was in agitation today and did 2-3 kegel during my erection and the whole thing messed up,
the base is very unusual, tight, feel like the whole shaft muscle is tighten, harden.

I thought I was 95-100% healed so I only did the very light routine to see can my body adapt it, if not I would give it 2-3 days rest to did a lighter one, but actually I messed it up.
I really want to back PE, at least give me to jelq to have a greater EQ.
how can I start back?

As I said before, you need to heal F-U-L-L-Y and be fully healed for several months before even thinking about PE again. The stakes are huge and you are making very reckless decisions. Didn’t you learn nothing from your experience?

Absolutely agree. Take it easy for a month, or two, or whatever it takes. A bigger dick is useless if your EQ sucks.
