Don’t start again until you have strong morning wood for like 4 or 5 days.
And by “coming back stronger”, I don’t necessarily mean bigger, it’ll just be harder to over train - which could be a good or bad thing. It might be bad because you might push yourself too far again and go through the same cycle. So even when it does come back start with the newbie routine (or less if you have to).
Every time I over train I basically think of it is a “restart” time. So I rest then do the newbie routine for a while before restarting extreme exercises. You might want to do the newbie routine for like 4or 5 months though.
I can get back most of my EQ,
but I found that my penis is very tight after I had every erection, morning wood or sex.
and doing kegels would make it even worse.
Seems a long way to go for fully healed.
