Since I started pe(only 6 weeks pretty sure I over trained). I havent done any for about a month now until my morning wood came back, but I remember about my first week into pe my sex drive went way down and still has come back up. I´m also not very sensible, I don´t know if it´s because I did PE before two years or just because anything else. It´s no problem for me to have 35-45 minutes non-stop sex without orgasms, unfortunately :( But I experimented with food and I found that when I put small amount of olive oil in finished food, for example pasta with tuna fish or rice with some meat, sensitivity improves a little bit for few days and I come quicker, in 10-20 minutes.

I really need help

Numbness most likely means you’ve damaged the nerves in your penis.

It could be the dorsal nerve that runs along the top of the penis or the cavernous nerves.

The best thing you can do is leave it alone and continue with the hot towels and baths. Complete feeling my return, partial feeling may return or it may stay the way it is now.

Hello everybody. I have an issue very serious to me. I recently pumped and injured myself. My pump gauge is broken, and instead of zero it was at 10. I used my pump, and went to a very high level. I’ve done this many times and the past with no bad effects. But after this last time, my erections have been maybe a 6 or 7 out of 10 for the past two weeks.
