Hi jelqmaster,

Do you mean the exercises? I’m doing two sets of kegels styles. The normal kegel routine and repeat it, but with a very low force contraction. Trying to use my pelvic muscles to pull my cock up, without contracting the anus. The more I try, more I understand how to differentiate the muscles

No, it’s not. Just an overview. It is curious because I found the doc in a middle of many articles of sexual health, but I didn’t find the the article related to this doc.

Anyway, it’s like any kegel exercise you find out there. The doc is just saying it can really help for ED.

I’m doing the traditional kegel exercises of squeezing pelvic floor muscles as hard as I can for several times and holding for few seconds. Very similar to this doc.

Than, I do all over again, but with minimal force. I stand up, stretch my flaccid penis, not hard, just to create some tension, and use my pelvic muscles to pull my penis against my body. I try to do that without contracting my anus.

This is the way I found to understand which muscle I’m moving.

Contracting pelvic floor means you are contracting IC, BC and PC muscles all together. I’m not able to isolate them. But I’m trying to give more focus on IC by doing this alternative method.

It is experimental. The doc only stands for traditional kegels, contracting whole pelvic muscles. That’s why I double the exercises. I do what literature says and then I do the alternative.

Today I’m doing 200 kegels, 100 of each method. My goal is reaching 800 or more kegels per day.

Don’t know.

Doing kegels really helped me to stop cum before I reach the point of no return.

I read that having a strong BC and PC muscles, you may force the ejaculation by squeezing prostate and its channels too hard. But also we can have any kind of sex with the muscles relaxed.

Maybe we are used to force the muscles, especially if we are trying to keep blood inside the penis.

Also, muscles are muscles. They need rest. Workout any muscle everyday and you get weaker, not stronger. I do 2 days on, 1 off. Lazy at weekends.

How are you feeling? Did you go to the doctor?

Are you having morning woods?

Are you having sex? Did you try meds like Viagra, Cialis or Levitra? It’s not a way to cure, but, if it works, it will do good to your head. You can have a good sex again and also use it to do some erect kegels and maybe restore your normal blood flow.

They say hard jelqs are dangerous cause it can create too much pressure on veins. Maybe you are having a blood leak or something that can only be healed with surgery. It’s important to go to a doctor.

I’m still not healed. I didn’t go to a doctor recently. I went to a urologist 2 months after my injury, but he said it was fine and gave me some cialis. He and his assistant were kind of rough with my dick when they were inspecting it, so I think I had a setback. That’s why I don’t want to go to another doctor for now because I’m trying to rest my penis. I haven’t masturbated since 9/15/2019. I don’t know what else to do, other than not touch my dick at all. I have morning wood maybe every other day, but it doesn’t last long. When I have sex or masturbate, I have premature ejaculation now. I finish in like a minute or less. I never had this problem before my injury. Yeah I think erect jelqs caused me to burst a vein, nerve, or blood vessel. Not sure what to do now except rest. Any suggestion?

The long and soft deformed flaccid has everything to do with nerves, don’t listen to the BS advice. I had this exact thing for 16 months (especially after peeing) and recently it pretty much disappeared after my nerves recovered almost all sensation. The nerves control the blood flow into your penis so when your nerves finally heal, your penis will be able to maintain its more normal and firm flaccid state.

Wait obreyn are you healed now? Did you masturbate, and did that make your symptoms worse?
