Well it has 3 days now that I understand that I have the donut effect right under the head of my penis(glans) only on my upper penis and not at the sides. It’s like a small balloon( at first I thought it was my head of the penis .. But then playing a little with the skin i understood that there was something wrong there).I don’t know how bad it is but it has like 3 days now for sure or more but it doesn’t hurt me at all i should say and i got it i think in a good workout (PI). Should i be worried because it doesn’t go away? Is there any prob with stretching because i have to grip almost there to stretch? However i have great erections all day long

If you have a donut for more then some hours then it wasnt a 100% good workout. Donut = bad PI .
Avoid donuts and fluid buildup.

If it doesnt hurt it shouldnt be a prob. Massage it down gently and dont do PE until its gone.. You dont want to develope a weak spot there which happens if you aggregate it.

Guys i need help.i dont jelq now and i still have a little swelling on my glans which i have to say i can understand it only when my dick is erect.BUT searching on the internet i read about penile cancer and i saw penile cancer lump foto which is pretty much like donut effect on the glans…well i didnt had this prob before jelqing but could be anything more serious because it doesnt go away?

No problem. Look up donut effect in this forum using the search app. You’ll see some extreme donuts that will put your mind further at ease. By the way, I would guess that you are either jelqing too much, using too much strength or not the right kind of lubricant. I jelq about 30 to 50 times with three second strokes using very light to medium light pressure at the start and decreasing as I get closer to the glans. You want to simulate the best erection you have ever had but not more. Go slow and take your time.

I also recommend using grape seed oil when you jelq. I would also suggest that you don’t cum afterward. Train your dick to enjoy the exercise but not to cum then when you add edging to your regimen, you’ll already have good control.

I can only dry jelq (for privacy reasons) i was doing everyday jelqing and i have to admit that lately i start to cum sonetimes after jelqing so ill wait now and see .its a small hard swelling at foreskin little under the glans not on them sorry no pain however.

Lay off of PE for a while. When it goes away start out VERY easy. Almost to the point where it just seems a waste of time. Watch for this condition. If it doesn’t come back, increase your intensity by a hair margin. Then see if it comes back. Increase up to the point you are comfortable with but less than what it takes to cause this problem. Right now you are working on conditioning your penis for harder work later.

If you are uncut, then dry jelqing shouldn’t be a problem but it does sound like you would respond and grow better under light conditions. When you are healed up, follow the Linear Newbie Routine.

You dont have what it takes to succeed at PE. Sorry. Someone needs to tell you the hard way.
You might just wasting your time.

If you want to be succesfull at PE you have to know/learn your body and not freak with every bump and scratch again and again.
Look at some of the big gainers dicks. Some look like they fought a battle.

Im not for extreme PE and to gain there isnt pain needed at all.
But it seems more and more people appear in PE scene who panic about little stuff repeatedly.
They see only problems and they all drop off sooner or later from the PE train.

ihavefaith, dont take it personal, I dont want to put you down. Just a reality check… Its just what I observe.

Also good tips by How-lack! In the context its very wise.

One should take care to not develope a weak spot. Maybe do PE that targets the tissue different and from another angle until problem is 100% solved.

I respect every post that you make but i should better be worried about everything that i do and see instead of staying silent.i do pe cos i like it.i didnt tell that oh i want 1” in a month or pe doesnt work , i just do it cos i saw good effects on my penis and if i get length or girth it will be a bonus.on the other hand if i let this problem that ihave now to continue and in the end it appears to be penile cancer then i would be pissed of that noone gave me advice about this.
