A clicking noise followed by a sharp pain in their wrist tendons when they jelq? Or is this just me. It’s only recently started happening and I’ve been PEing since last October.
The pain only lasts for a few seconds and then goes away. I was just curious if this happens to anyone else.

To reduce strain on the wrist during overhand jelqing:
Point your elbow in the direction of your penis.
You may have to rotate your shoulder joint, forearm and penis direction to get this to work. But that’s what worked for me.
That sounds to me like it could be the beginning of a serious repetitive-motion type problem with risk of permanent injury, and it occurs to me that it could be a symptom of a problem developing from some other motion or activity that you perform. If someone with knowledge of occupational injuries doesn’t chip in and contribute some experties to this thread, I’d recommend that you see a doctor or physical therapist.
