Deflated Glans and Firm Flaccid: Pelvic Floor Dysfunction

What treatment did obitoo have?

Tweaking,

I’ll have to give the cock ring a try, I have a few and I’ll slip the bigger one on before I go to work tomorrow. Thanks for the idea.

8/12/09 5.70" x 4.9" NBP

Goal: 6.5" x 5.25" NBP

I’m starting to think that I’ll never get over it, my erection is week due to low pressure in the CS and no inflation in the head. When I lay down and get an erection, I can hardly maintain the erection.

The cock-ring doesn’t really helps when I lay on my back, it’s nice to have it, but it doesn’t really shuts things up, I think I need to start wearing it at night too.

Are you PEing at the moment?

No, I stopped PE because I think that I can’t gain anything before treating that problem, my CS never fills, and my glans are almost always empty, night woods are only CC (like most erections), and I can’t gain anything like that, only if I’ll wear a cock-ring all time (which can cause damage).
When I did PE, I gained a better EQ, I’m thinking about getting back to it, maybe pumping and ADSing will do the trick.

I started looking for pelvic therapists, although I’m not sure it will help, I need to try DMSO/I too.

I have to treat it, haven’t had sex without cumming too fast for years (it’s always in my head).

The DMSO/I won’t cure you but might help a little bit. It’s strange that you and others say this problem causes you premature ejaculation since with me it’s always been the other way around. When the glans/CS aren’t inflating properly, because I’m getting so much less pleasure, I can go for ages, which is almost an advantage.

I do recommend you resume PE. In the period where I had stopped all PE and had this problem my EQ was by far the worst it’s ever been. I wouldn’t stop now if you paid me since I think it’s the only thing keeping that at bay. This problem definitely makes performing most PE exercises a lot harder to do properly. Even pumping, I find, is hard to get the full benefits from.

The premature ejaculation is happening just because I’m insecure about my penis, I’m always thinking about the fact that I can’t get full-normal erections or able to increase my penis size, no matter what I’ll do. It’s depressing and it takes the fun out of sex (which have a huge impact on life), it can drive you crazy to feel incomplete or to know that you can’t repair it, if I had to choose between PE and a proper erection, I would definitely go with the normal erection, which would give me more size, and more important, it would give me a lot of lost confidence and happiness.

I know my penis would look bigger, healthier (Yes, Healthier) and I will be proud of having it if I will correct my deflated glans, it has a huge impact on my entire erection.

I will get back to PE very soon, mainly in order to improve my EQ.

I’m really afraid to find a therapist, start and end the treatment and fail to correct my issue, it will really be devastating for me.

I know how you feel about the not wanting to start the treatment for fear that it might fail. It’s hard to accept, but if you think about it in those terms then it is more likely to fail. My understanding of this ‘syndrome’ - as I now call it - is that it’s heavily tied in with stress and anxiety. The more you worry about it and notice it impairing your life, the more all those muscles are going to knot up and get worse and worse. If you go into the physical therapy but never get your own psychological anxiety issues associated with the problem looked at, it’s going to be much harder to ‘cure’ all around.

Obitoo in the HF forums who claims to be completely free from this syndrome said that in conjunction with the physical therapy he received, almost equally important, were relaxation techniques and the letting go of anxiety. Of course this makes it harder to deal with again, because ideally you’re going to be getting diagnosis from a doctor, PT from a physio and counselling from a psychologist (or something similar). Ive been talking to a psychologist recently and I’m coming to realise I’m holding onto a lot of nervous tension and anxiety than I was ever aware of before. When I decide to try to get the physical therapy for this problem I am considering taking anti-anxiety/anti-depressants for a while to see if they help with the psychological side of things.

But yeah, in the meantime, as hard as it is, try to stay positive as much as you can. And I would resume PE as soon as is convinient, as far as I can tell, there’s no down side to doing it and having the increased EQ will normalise your negative symptoms - by that I mean they will go some distance to masking your symptoms (not actually treat them). Still, that’s a start.

Tweaking, you’ve touched a few pin points with your reply.

Thanks for your support, I know I need to see a therapist (psychologist), mainly because of issues that doesn’t concerns my sexual life but effects every aspect in life. I’m going to schedule an appointment, it will provide me with peace and quite, which means a lot.

Do you talk to your therapist about your sexual issues?

Thanks again.

At this stage no. I don’t intend to talk about it until I’m getting medical attention for the physical issue at the same time.

I’m glad to have helped :)

The verdict’s in guys, there are multiple members on this site who claim to be either 90% + cured or completely cured, and the knowledge is being shared. The guys over at the HF forum are pretty unanimous that there is nothing wrong with your penis, it is purely muscular. Not only that, but the problem isn’t even very serious compared to normal muscular injuries, it just happens to be affecting the most important part of a man’s body.

Read it:
http://forum.ha rdflaccid.org/d … d-flaccid-v.1.0

For people with hard flaccid / deflated glans but your urologist can’t find anything in your penis, the pelvic muscles is the main issue. The ischio/external sphincter muscles are responsible for sealing off the dorsal vein to prevent blood outflow, if those aren’t working properly I think the deep dorsal vein is in the state that always drains blood out from the penis as it is not sealed/pinched and as a results you get the hard flaccid with soft glans.

In my case I believe that if my pelvic was working normally again I will get rid of the problems.

Obitoo was treated by trigger point therapy to his perineal body in the pelvic. He have injured it and the perineal body becamed one large trigger point.

Pelvic floor physical therapist treats this.

Any updates guys?

Hopefully someone got some success over the last 6 months since the last post.
