I’ve been wearing a silicon cock ring the past 3 days. The result is I have had awesome engorgement all day long even after 12 hours of removing the cock ring. :O

Since getting this problem, I never really stopped jelqing and pumping, but I never really got the benefit from it, at least not the kind of results that I had read pumping ought to be producing. To me, this has been because the firm flaccid is a state where all the soft muscles are tightly contracted, so nothing is allowed to heal in an expanded state. With the cock ring on, the reduced outflow of blood almost completely negates this, and my flaccid hang in length and girth has massively increased, within days.

If you’re suffering from firm flaccid, I’d recommend trying something like this out. I’m actually not using an commercially available cockring, as such. A while back I bought some stuff from this site:

The ‘VacExtender/VacADS/Modified VacExtender Sealing Sleeves’, can be easily cut with scissors . I tried a few sizes and the best cut was about 3/4s of an inch. That’s a good size because it flattens more of the dorsal veins and is large enough so that it won’t roll over on itself and end up riding up the shaft.

Really, the site is way overpriced as its just a tiny bit of silicon that’s probably worth less than a dollar, but if you’re not a do-it-yourself kind of person, as I’m not, then forking out the $20 for two of those ‘Sealing Sleeves’ should give you enough silicon for at least a year or two’s worth of cock rings (they are very durable but I doubt they’ll last indefinitely, as the silicon will very gradually degrade).

Great! I have 2 Sealing Sleeves and a bunch of Xsleevses, I’ll try to create something that will fit me, are you using it on the shaft or do you use it around the testicles too (surrounding the shaft and balls together)?

The only thing is that I want a cock-ring for sex use, something that will be less noticeable, do you know where can I find a cock-ring that won’t get too much attention by young women? (They will probably ask what is it.. And I want to avoid it as much as I can).

I do not put it around the testicles, just the shaft. To be honest, I think a silicon cock ring would be less noticeable than just about any other cock ring you can think of. Perhaps cut a shorter one for sex. If they ask, you can just say it’s some temporary medical thing your doctor told you to wear for a while! Other than that my knowledge on cock ring stealth is zero.

Hey guys, new here and scared shitless of all the injuries posted. I also read Willy Wonkas thread and that got me even more scared. As it is, what is the current consensus on the dangers of (manual) pe as in stretching and yelqing.can these exercices be the sole reason for these hard flaccids/deflating glans you have been describing, or are they rather just triggers that would basically just as likely have been triggered by some hard masturbation or rough sex? If they really are that more dangerous than those “normal” activities, I have a hard time seeing how the risk is worth it, but then again I also have a hard time seeing how for example those 20 jelqs of Willy Wonkas would not just as easily have been caused by random jerking off. Also, I know Tweaking is somewhat convinced his trigger was masturbating on drugs (I have read the whole thread), but I’m just trying to get a grip on just how dangerous you consider these exercises to be, if they are really the culprits or rather just triggers for underlying conditions bound to happen anyway (which is suggested by all the other googling you have done finding people having no idea what PE is but suffering the same condition).

Considering I don’t actually think this particular injury is due to any kind of dysfunction in the penis itself I would say that it’s not a problem. But, it does seem like PE has helped bring it out in some people Or maybe it just makes them acutely aware of it? Whether these people would have developed it anyway? Well I think it’s not unlikely. Looking back, I actually no longer think I sustained this ‘injury’ while masturbating - it was the night before, when I first had sex, things were already wrong. At the time I had nothing to compare the experience too, but now that I do, it wasn’t right even then.

As for the criteria for people most at risk, very difficult to say. Lower back pain/pelvic pain and raised testicle(s) are the only indicators I can think of that this might be in the pipeline, but even they aren’t necessarily signs. It’s impossible to say, but there are 10s of thousands of PEers and a few dozen (at most) with this injury, so the chances of getting it, statistically are at least better than 1 in thousands, I think.

I can’t know for sure if I have something in my pelvic muscle that causes the deflated glans issue, my testicles are “hanged” but I do have something in my hamstrings\neck and sometimes I can feel something strange in my pelvic muscles, I don’t remember ever having an erection with inflated glans, I do know that when I sit my erection is stronger and I can “trap” more blood when I kegel, I have an upward curve and my CS hardly inflate.

Do you happen to have a suggestion on how to diagnose it? I would like to find a cure with out having to embolize my vein again.

Tweaking, since the first time you’ve noticed that your glans doesn’t inflate, have you had a “normal” erection with inflated glans? Does your EQ changes based on your body position?

I have had normal erections from time to time, or at least, very close to normal. Usually if I abstain from ejaculating for a number of days, usually more than 4 days, I get an erection that is quite close to normal, but not quite. On such an occasion if I use a cock ring it’s basically normal. As to your second question, the short answer is yes, though it’s not actually EQ that is changing. I tend to find that positions where my hamstring muscles are engaged tend to give me worse symptoms than one where they are not. So, since standing activates the hamstrings, I get worse symptoms than when I’m sitting. Also, sitting with my legs bent is better than with my length sticking straight out, as when they’re straight the hamstrings are stretched more.

I feel like having tight hamstrings are one set of muscles that seem to pull on the pelvic floor muscles, activating them and setting off the spasm.

I am not currently undergoing any particular treatment, since I’m waiting for some money to come in, then I’ll try to get diagnosed. Basically I will try to get the same treatment Obitoo had, that is, internal trigger point therapy from a physical therapist who knows what they are doing. I am fairly confident that treatment will work for me, since all of my symptoms are tied in/can be explained by spasms in the pelvic floor muscle groups.

I am still doing PE. I believe in my case it has no negative impact on the symptoms whatsoever and does wonders for my EQ which actually reduces the symptoms (though doesn’t treat the problem).

I have started doing my own regime of stretches. Here are some websites I’ve been looking at, they’re not great but it’s a start:

Basically I have been concentrating on any stretch which I can feel in the pelvic floor region (sort of). It is very difficult to stretch these muscles, but it can be done. Also any stretch that targets the lower back or the hamstrings, I believe, may be helpful.

The DMSO/I treatment I think dissolved a bit of scar tissue in the penis for me, which I noticed particularly during pumping or in some cases masturbating as that ‘releasing’ feeling. While this is a good thing, I don’t think it had a huge effect on the FF/soft glans, but it’s impossible to say.

I think it’s a scar tissue, I have the same problem.
