But I completely agree with you that the best diagnostic tools should be utilized.

Doctors will test you for the most common problems first, high blood pressure, cholesterol, testosterone levels etc. If no problems there, test for next most common cause. If there are problems with the first tests, then you’ll have to sort them out first and see if the problem is still around. If so, move onto the next most common cause for your symptoms, and so on.

And if you think about it, it really makes the most sense to do it this way. But rest assured once all the more common causes of your symptoms have been ruled out, a doctor will be more than happy to test for the less common conditions like venous leakage. If they won’t then they are a shit doctor and you need to go to a different one.

Starting Stats - 5.5 BPEL x 5.6 EG

Current Stats - 5.7 BPEL x 6.5 EG

Goal - 7 x 6 (with hopefully a large flaccid hang)

I’m not really convinced I have a venous leak, considering I can still have erections. Though rare, I do get them, and I do get them alot at night.

I was under the impression a venous leak is quite serious and can result in no erection at all.

It depends on the severity of the leak.

I agree this should be the approach that doctors take. I just wanted people in this thread know that if you went to a urologist and asked immediately for a cavernosogram they would first take this approach. And I also wanted to point out that a lot of urologists are just jerks and might not even consider doing anything and just say it’s psychological. It is probably best to see a urologist that specializes in male sexual function when trying to figure out ED. General urologists aren’t that useful when dealing with these sort of issues.

Scary.

Some useful info about soft glans syndrome:

Start 5,9" (15cm) NBPEL 5,1" (13cm) EG

1.11.2010. 6,3" (16cm) NBPEL 5,2" (13,2) EG

Goal: ~7" (18cm) NBPEL ~6" (15cm) EG

The leak(s), in actuality, as I understand it, is/are actually elsewhere than the DDV, it’s just that they leak into the DDV (as well as others). Since the DDV is the largest (I think?) vein carrying blood away from the penis, naturally closing it by hand or otherwise is going to make a difference.

So, is there a valve(s) in DDV, or not? And if it is, is that valve responsible for maintaining glans erection? Or it is smaller venous system in the glans that keeps glans engorged during erection and DDV just appears as it holds glans erection, because it carrying so much blood?

There should be an answer, it can’t be so complicated.

Slight update from me. I wasn’t getting any erections and if I wanted to have a wank it took quite a bit of stimulation to get it hard and it could go back flaccid very easily. Recently (for over a week now) I have been getting morning wood everyday and erections throughout the day. Pretty hard aswell and they stay without stimulation, almost as normal. The glans felt quite hard to. The last few days it’s felt a bit softer. This is good progress from before though when I couldn’t even get a erection though and I think it’s healing, even tho slowly. It’s been around a month since I injured it now.

Was your unit also quite firm/hard to the touch at times when flaccid too ?

Feels quite normal when flaccid, nothing really out of the ordinary.

One thing I’ve noticed in this time (from doing the massage exercises) is that I have quite a few knots in this area and it takes quite a bit of manipulation to relieve them.

I tried this I was messing around probably a few hours before I had sex with my gf. I gave the area a good massage for about 5-10 minutes. When I went to go have sex, it actually stayed hard for about 30-45 minutes in every position to, which hasn’t happened in the last 2 years. I dont know if it was this or some kind of coincidence, because the next day I tried it and it didnt produce the same results.

Hmm weird. It worked like once for me, had a very good erection afterwards. But every time I tried it since it does nothing :(

I’ve noticed the same thing recently. If I do two or three days in a row It’s not as effective. Doing it one on, one off for no more than 20 minutes seems to be the most effective for me and gives me incredible morning wood the next day.

I think the muscles just need to time to settle, relax and repair.
