First off I would just like to say I have been studying PE for about half a year now,I semi regularly experimented with it 2/3 months ago but lost regular training now I have been been back on it about a month and a half,my routine is mainly dry jelqing and stretching and Considering the amount of information out there I am unsure how hard I am supposed to do it so I have practiced different degree’s of intensity and different amounts of reps

My grip when jelqing is squeezed till I hit hardland so to speak,but I try not to do it so hard that it hurts,just mildly uncomfortable from the pressure on the corpus caven(whatever) anyhow I jelq up to the corono and lighten up and move down fast and repeat about 25 reps with one hand then the other.

Also when employing stretching I tend to pull till I feel really strong tension in my perinium but not to the point it hurts,actually that feels really good.

So whats the problem?well my erections are rock hard and more frequent(used to be impotent) so that is a great result right there but as for gaining length and girl,I have yet to acquire any length infact it seems like it might have shrunk a little which is strange as I strectch a lot and hold for a long time(a minute or more,feels good)

But I seem to have made girth gains,I say seem to because lately I been waking up with a noticable bigger girth,feels much heavier in my hand,but it isn’t as hard,later in the day when I achive a erection intentionally,it isn’t as big!? Where did the girth go?is this normal?

Another thing is after a days routine usually later on my penis will turtle and become cold and contracted, is that normal?the post here are so confusing,some say yes and it is a sign of progress,others say it is a sign of over training,it seems to happen AFTEr jelqing as in a hour or two after I have stoped practicing.

As for injury I was squeezing my penis after forming a uli (all other fingers slowly being aplied to it after uli established) and I think I squezed to hard because I got a sharp pain on the left side of the tip of my penis,I don’t feel this pain usually,ocassionally I will feel a tingling pricking sensation there,but unless I really apply pressure on the area I don’t feel discoloration it seems I was just wondering if anyone had any openion on this.

Finally I would like to say for some reason last few years I developed a left hang.and when erected to points to the left also unless I kegel,anyway to correct this?

So how does my routine sound,I seem to make temporary girth gains the fallowing morning but then later on it goes away,a full erection seems to be smaller then morning wood.

I feel rather embarrased to talk about these things but I figure we are all in the same posistion

I only do about 25 reps a day because it gets worn out fast(atrophy I guess)I kegel also till I can no longer do it,If I were to push it and up my reps to 100 or 300 like some begginer routines will this result in larger gains or is it that the penis is just broken down to a certain degree and after that further excercise will be pointless till it heals and repairs.

BTW I notice most people tend to stop at 2 inches (girth and width) is that because they hit their desired goal or if I wanted to can I add 8 inches length and girth if I wanted to by just keep up the excercises?

You are using too much intensity and your penis is tired. Just that simple.

I have two questions for anyone else here.

Yesterday I was resting and I was laying in bed and suddening I heard a pop,and felt it in a area about left of my penis,anyhow what happen was waves of sensation went over my penis left to right and without any control I had a raging hardon and a good feeling,which eased my fear of it being something bad.I have tried to find out what it is and the closest thing I found was a lig pop but this didn’t seem to be a lig pop,I mean I wasn’t stretching,and from what I understand erection quality decreases for a short time,not increases.any idea what this weird sensation was?

Anyhow I’m now hanging and pissing to the left,in a wasn’t perfectly stright before but now I got to strighten it.
Doesn’t hurt at all,no numbness,a slight tickle and pain on my left side at times but that usually goes away in less then a minute.

The only other weird thing I have is the skin on the end of my penis before the head,the corona,It’s now all wrinkly and has been curling up at the corona,is this the Donut effect?

It sounds like an involuntary erection. Hard to say why your penis is pointing to left. Or you have damaged one of your ligs (not probable, IMHO, since you don’t have pain) or it just depends by the fact that your left CC is smaller than the right one.

It seems you have overdone, anyway, I suggest you rest for some days and see if it turns how it was.

Hey marinera I have recovered from that injury.well I’m no longer as retracted.not as big.but my penis isn’t as rubbery but I am having some VERY weird things go on. I couldn’t achive a erection past a certain degree, I was struggling then I heard a snap in the midshaft and I got a full erection,I seem to have diffaculty going being this 75% level,it gets there and kind of hands downward unless I kegel.I am not sure whats up with that,but that isn’t even half as weird as what I’m about to say

My orgasms are now very diffacult to achive,or rather they take longer more concentrated effort,but that isn’t what is worrying me I mean after all I would perfer some stamina,it’s that before I get to that level,in that zone I start to experience a tremendose pressure in my perinium or prostate area,this pressure gets extreamly intense till I choose to ejaculate which takes a few minutes of consistent effort to do, anyhow here is the weird part,I experience a sensation of orgasm Inside of my prostate area and it starts twinging and expanding down my legs and even up my back, it just keeps building I feel like my entire body is twinging with little orgasmic pops.It’s freaky so I made myself cum in fear I was damaged,nope it happened fine,although it had no pop,it was flat.later on I tried again just to make sure and same situation,I get pressure and a orgasmic feeling which moves and spreads from up in the perinium area(the prostate I presume?) and will just start going threwout my body unless I directly make theeffort to ejaculate,I tend to back off and even kegel it to stop instinctivly it seems. Btw when I kegel I contract all the pelvic floor muscles right?

When you Kegel, you contract the BC muscle. Kegeling too much, or jelquing while doing Kegel’, can tire the BC muscle, so you can have trouble with erections. Resting should be all what you need.

About the rest, I’ve not understood what you are saying, probably because I’m not English mother language. I’m sure some other vet will chime in.

Basically the weird thing I was saying is that even though having constant erections now it takes a lot longer to orgasm,and when I do I feel like the state of orgasm is originating inside of me and running down my legs and up my back,when I choose to ejaculate it stops the orgasm,it doesn’t cause just releaves the pressure.does anyone know what I am talking about?

As to your final question, there is an upper limit as to what any of us can achieve in terms of gaining through PE. Your body is not made of Silly-Putty and will not infinitely and indefinitely stretch until you feel like stopping. At some point even the most maniacally dedicated seem to hit a wall.

With regard to the rest of it… To be honest, I can’t really understand the nature of your problem, or what exactly your injury was or is.

I will say this, if you were injured I don’t see any reason that you would continue to PE until you were fully healed. You seem to be PEing in the wilderness of uncertainty therefore.

Basically I overt-rained and experienced turtling like many describe I’m relieved that it’s stopped but I still don’t have the length and girth I had previously although it seems like I’m at my max capacity.I am kegeling a lot I hope that works.

I experience a sharp pain on the left top side of my glans,it only hurts when I stretch it or put tension on it so I’m trying to wait for that to heal up.

I really don’t see how I can stretch without hurting the glans, the tension required to get gains as I understand should be intense,enough to feel a real pull in the ligaments although I don’t feel this if I do it harder the pain I cause to my head seems to offset this.I grip the corona and pull outwards so I am doing it right but all the pressure and tension seems focused on the glans/corona. I’m just confused and kind of shocked at the injury I had although now I know it’s not going to fall off,I still don’t have the size/length I had but I assume that will come back?

Now I can actually understand what you are saying.

Gripping the head for stretching is something you learn over time - how to bunch up skin, use toilet paper, dishwashing gloves and talcum powder - whatever.

But once it’s healed up, try finding a way to grip without putting too much pressure or whatever it is you are doing. Many different ways of gripping, pulling angles etc.

Turtling over longer time is a sure sign of overdoing things.

Although I suspect “overt-rained” was meant to be “over-trained,” but fair enough - you’re making an effort and I did understand the problem now with this last post.

Yes. You are over-training, as marinera and mgus have also indicated. We all agree. I think you should stop for at least a week, probably two. Let things settle down and then resume with a new understanding and a different approach.

With the manual exercises, be they jelqing, stretching, or squeezing, the main idea is not about trying to use overwhelming force. When you do that, particularly with your stretches, the body tends to recoil - which is why you perceive a ‘loss’. I doubt that you actually have a permanent loss. Your body is just trying to protect itself from the undo amounts of stress you are applying.

As far as the soreness on the glans, you’ve probably just bruised yourself a bit from squeezing too hard to maintain a grip sufficient to stretch too hard. Given a break from that and a little time and I’m sure it will get back to normal.

I say take a full two weeks off. No PE, no masturbating, nothing. Do anything else. Then see how you are. If you still feel pain in your glans, take another week. If you don’t, then resume with the Newbie Routine and practice the use of moderate to light force in all the exercises. Stretch using a medium grip and hold a moderate stretch - well below any threshold of pain - for 20-30 seconds and repeat in accordance with the Newbie Routine.

Needless to say you always warm-up properly.

The idea is not about forcing your body to comply with your ideas of stretching and jelqing, etc.. The idea is to gradually acquaint your body with these exercises and encourage lengthening through use of light to moderate stress on an ongoing basis. Daily use of light force will do a lot more than the use of heavy to severely heavy force, which your body has decidedly run screaming from.

Think about it.

It’s ok to do 50 or so Kegels (non-erect) daily, even during a break. That keeps the BC muscle toned, which is always a good thing.

Hmm OK.

I seem to have made a full recovery I can’t feel the pain so I did some probing the only time I felt pain is when I was pushing my penis down erect,a light pressured stretch when I pushed beyond a degree I got the same sharp pain running up the left side of my penis but also down to my big toe and hip.I think I’m pinching a nerve,it recoiled and turtled but recovered in less then a hour.

I don’t know if this is normal but when erect I tend to point downward I also have low LOT.

I tried to do some jelqing to see if I felt an pain and I didn’t,I think I’m pinching a nerve and that turtling was a response to that but I am going to give it another day of rest since I have been doing kegels constantly and sustained erection to help retain gains,heal but nothing aggressive.

So I am still not clear on the degree of force I’m suppose to apply, I squeeze a jelq to the point I feel Resistance but back off just before that.

As for stretching,I pull and it hits a wall right away,no give so I pull harder but I still don’t feel a real pull on the ligaments,just for the first day a light pleasant stretch but now it’s like steel cords,how hard am I supposed to pull just till it’s taught or a about 25% beyond that?

You so-called LOT is of no consequence. To anything, as far as I can understand from the LOT 101-thread.

Your ligs limit in some directions, not all. Pull and stretch in all directions.

Sit in a bathtub, reach behind your ass and grab your dick, pull - and then you can adjust tension by stretching your leg.

Sadly I just found that which describes my same situation,my head no longer gets big,the area under the glans is soft,it now hangs to the left, and now when flaccid my penis is covered with folds were there never used to be any.

I have read several injury threads here and other places and they all seem to record this similar situation.Those of you who have practiced a long time have you experienced this?does it go away if I resume a jelqing routine or have I permenently injured myself?either way the net is filled with the same exact injury it seems

Anyway, all times I’ve heard of such kind of “injury symptoms” here, it came out that the problem wasn’t in the penis, but in the mind.
