I haven’t PE’d in about a week because I am recovering from overdoing it. My dick was both sore and tired. Should I wait until it’s completely healed, then start PE’ing, or just do PE less often than I usually did so it does eventually heal but I don’t lose my gains? I seem to have lost a bit of length during this recovery break.

I would wait another week, or until you are completely healed and then start up again at a moderate level so you don’t have to take a break from hurting yourself. You will find your results are better when you don’t cause physical damage.
