Cold Glans, Numb Dick injury

Dzani, did you heal again? If not, what is your current healing stage? I am 4 months into my injury, erection quality and orgasm sensation are decent again but the shaft still does not feel as good as before so it takes longer to cum. At least I’m well past the cold glans stage and it got most of the color and sensation back again after being numb and white for months. I have been seeing slow progress so I’m staying hopeful.

I’m just like you said, the shaft still doesn’t have much sensation, we need pacience, a lot of pacience, nerve damage like ours doesn’t seem to heal fast.

Big advice: don’t attempt to PE unless you are totally sure that you are healed.

After injuring myself 2 times in a row (because of my incredible stupidity), I noticed a pattern in the healing of this kind of injury.

Normally I would expect the healing to be like:
Totally Injured > Injured > Almost Healed > Healed.

But it seems to make a sudden jump from “Totally Injured” to “Almost Healed”.

It’s kind weird, can’t really explain much, just that one day my dick was totally cold and numb, and the other, the coldness only happened if I were totally flaccid and the numbness wasn’t that strong.

But the process from “Almost Healed” to “Healed”, seems to be very, very slow.

Yeah, 1.5 months after my injury my dick shaft temporarily regained its normal sensation for a few days and then went to complete shit again for a long time. The glans still remained numb and white. Now my dick has slowly progressed to the “almost healed” phase again but this time the glans has much better sensitivity and color too. BTW, I got this injury from a hardcore masturbation session, not PE. I have always worried that PE could damage my dick but I tried jelqing as a teen. Luckily, I did not injure anything by doing that back then. My GF tells me that “it’s so big” anyway so I don’t really feel like I am lacking anything down there, a bit above average.

Just did an amazing discovery.

I was browsing at Thunder’s the other day, and I saw a thread called Growing Your Own Blood Vessels , and I got quite curious about it.

And then of course, I learned about the Angion Method, which consists on moving blood through the penis, I can’t really go more specific than that because there are so much information about it in the original thread itself, it’s more than 5000 posts in there.

Figured out that the AM it’s an extremely safe exercise, and I decided to do it.

And after some minutes doing the AM 1.0 method, my dick became very warm, and that brought some hope to me, that at the moment suffers with cold flaccid.

Guess what. Just did 30 minutes of it, and my penis was warm and more sensible though the whole day. Never felt so hopeful.

Anyone out there with a similar injury: I recommend you trying out the Angion Method, being it the 1.0, 2.0, 3.0, just try it out. It has lots of reported gains in EQ, length and width. It’s a safe exercise that won’t put any dangerous force to your dorsal nerves.

I’ll be learning more about it, and I’ll absolutely be doing a routine based on the Angion Method.

But I need to keep in mind that I’m still injured after all, and that I won’t be trying any traditional PE exercises for a while.

Still looks dangerous. The dorsal nerve is right next to the vein so you are putting pressure on it by doing this. The motion depicted in the video looks quite aggressive even though lube is being used. Give us some updates every now and then, maybe it will help you after all.

I’ve been doing a hybrid combination of the three methods and I haven’t felt any additional harm to my injury.

Actually, it really reduced my cold flaccids, I just feel them occasionally when I wake up in the middle of the night, for some reason that’s the moment in which this happens.

The pressure applied to the dorsal vein while doing AM 1.0 and 2.0 is just enough to make the blood rush, nothing like the amount of pressure you would apply to jelq or stretch.

Feeling much better, I’ll keep on doing it and updating it here.

I’ve been doing a 1on, 1off Angion Method routine and this is helping me a lot with keeping my dick warm and sensible. But still, I believe that my nerves are still damaged afterall.

I’ll stick with the Angion Method for a long time, I’m seeing amazing EQ gains.

If you have something similar to mine and are thinking about trying out the Angion Method, here’s an advice: Take it easy. Remember to analyse how your symptoms will react. ALWAYS do a 30 min routine, and don’t exceed that, or you could get more injured.

Was masturbation causing you to have worse symptoms? I’m currently going through something similar. Scared to masturbate. Been 6 days since I last masturbated. You think it’s ok to masturbate with lube and a soft grip or use a fleshlight?

Masturbating would temporarily reduce my sensation and make my dick even colder, in general it reduces my EQ.

So I decided that since I’m doing Angion Method and I’m healing from this injury of mine, the best would to stop masturbating for a while.

If you decide to masturbate, do it very gently with lube. A fleshlight would work as well. It won’t aggravate your injury.

Same Problem

I am suffering the same problems from clamping. Penis has strung severely, gland is cold and white and cannot get an erection. Just went to see urologist. He reckons it just bruising and should heal in 10 days. Hope he is right

When did you get injured? Is your flaccid smaller, skinnier? Do you get morning wood?
