Cold Glanshead - what is this hey bigblackstick and others
I have been having a loss of sensation of my glans this whole week and my glans has continually been cold and not getting that much circulation. But when I masturbate it gets circulation back and is warm again except still not that sensitive.
But let me tell you what happened. I tried hanging for the first time with a bib starter first with 6 lbs then 10lbs then 12 in the same day. By the 12lbs it was torture. The bib starter under full weight “curled upwards” and put a lot of pressure on the top of my dick, then the pressure from the weight made a lot of blood go to my head and gave it like a “power-jelq/clamp” for the 15 min sets towards the glands. Also almost all the weight went straight thru my Corpora Spongium. I felt all the weight being transfered thru the urethra and the Glands. Pretty damn painful so I couldn’t’ finish the sets. I feel this happened because I kind of had a back injury and it has changed my posture. And when I hang and actually make my weight go thru my back muscles more (like it should happen) the weight is then transfered more to the “inner penis”. Instead of the urethra-Corpora Spongium. My CS was burning afterwards too.
Is hanging supposed to be torture like this? I don’t know if hanging was supposed to feel comfortable, that it was actually supposed to be relaxing maybe. So I went thru this torture and then I had all the classic symptoms of the nerve damage (tingling/ numbness). I then stopped for like 2 weeks and then made a Captn’s Wench and hung with 6lbs for only 3 x 15mins one day.
Now my glans is still less sensitive. I still feel it when I masturbate but only a lot less. The glans has trouble staying inflated with blood. I feel that I stretched too much and the nerves need to catch up. And maybe affected the veins that travel thru the Corpora Spongium. My shaft still feels and works all good, it mostly just the head.
Nobody says how it’s supposed to bleep-ing feel. Everyone is like well wrap this, then do this, then hang. Hang, hang, hang. But nobody says how it is supposed to stretch or feel while hanging. Thats why I thing we should call it stretching with constant force. Not hanging cause I thought you could just hook up, and then lower the weight and boom your hanging. But the nerves are slow in stretching unlike the cartilage.
And your posture is extremely important. I had a knee injury which affected the way I walk so then this affected the way I put weight on my back, then later the back injury (not really an injury, more like sprained muscle) it really changed the way I put weight on my back.
So has anybody else had this problem? The coldness of glans during the day? How long till recovery? Should I go to a UROlogist? What is the proper posture for hanging?
