I went to the uroligist to find out why my penis has still been hurting from the injury with the jelq device which I’ll never go near again. All I did was pee in a cup and he checked it out by squeezing in certain area of my penis. I’m still in the dark as to why it hurts. He said it must be a contusion or something. This is driving me nuts because I have to wait this long to start PE again. On top of that I brush women off because I’m afraid doing things with them will only prolong the healing time. If you’ve ever visited a urologist for an injury report, did you get or ask for x-rays? Do you know of anyway to help my injury heal better other than hot soaks and massages?

Did you tell him about your PE routine and how you got the injury in the first place?

Yes I told him that I squeezed too hard with the device.

An X-ray would not show anything. Any other method of scanning would be too expensive to use on something that will heal fully and normally given time.

If it doesn’t hurt to masturbate, don’t brush women off.

Don’t massage too deep if it is tender. The more it heals the (slightly) deeper you can go with your massage. If you are feeling more than very mild discomfort doing the massage you are going in too deep, which will delay healing. Don’t worry. It will heal eventually.

How long is it since you injured your penis now?

How much better has it got in that time?

The good thing is there is probably nothing drastically wrong, or he would have noticed it. Firegoat is right, soft tissue like the penis would need a MRI or CAT scan to see anything, x-ray won’t.

Don’t worry for now…take it easy, leave it alone, give it time to heal. He probably told you to come back in a few weeks. Just follow his instructions and chalk this up to experience.

As far as healing, I find female human saliva, preferably delivered directly by mouth is the best thing…it doesn’t speed healing, but it does take your mind off the injury! :)

It’s been since sometime in October. That’s about 6+ months. That’s quite a long time IMO. To tell you the truth it hasn’t gotten any better. It’s probably a 5-6 on a pain scale and for some reason it just gets tingly similar to when you’re cold and your body shivers. I remember it had slown down at one time but then just came right back. On top of that sometimes after I ejaculate it just makes it more tender and it doesn’t help that I am so damn horny all the time. I try not to masturbate(which is VERY lightly) but the more days I go without it, the higher my hormones get. I guess I have a really high sex drive. I keep thinking I may have to get surgery which would fuck up my sex life possibly leaving me with low erection quality or something. I don’t want anyone cutting down there and leaving ugly scars that might turn off the women that sees it.

I doubt you will need surgery. If it’s been 6 months, that is an unusual amount of time for any PE injury. Without knowing exactly what the problem is, it is probably best to just leave it alone completely. Massage will help certain conditions, but may aggravate inflammation, so just let it rest and trust your body’s natural healing abilities. If you have damaged a nerve (tingly sensations are common with damaged nerves) they recover very slowly.
