Castor oil pack

Hi - for anyone that don’t know, castor oil is known to help with circulation and other things, A few people on here have mentioned that it has helped with their thrombosis so I am gonna give it a try!

The oil is generally used for the stomach so heating pads tend to be aimed towards this. Does anyone know which heating pad would be best to keep the heat on my unhappy unit? Is there a pad that is flexible so it can wrap around or something? Anyone got suggestions.

How long do you need to apply the heat? My rice sock keeps heat for a good 15 minutes or so. I am using it right now as a matter of fact.

I was always worried about a rice sock, wouldn’t it get way too hot and burn the hell outta me? Explain how you do your one please mate.
