Bruised Nerve?

Bruised Nerve?

Hey guys, i just want to ask a quick question regarding an injury.
I’ve haven’t P.E’d in a while and i wanted to start up again.
So about a week ago i went and started a very low-intensity routine to get me started again so i could work it up slowly.
Now i have been using the Bathmate pump about 3 times a week for 20 minutes and i kinda make ”intervals” where i would pull on the pump to create more intensity.

So i did my workout as usual, and then i went to my room and jelqed 30 times on medium intensity (relatively firm grip) and afterwards i went to the gym
Now i always turtle when i work out, so i came home and i always pull on my foreskin to get it out of turtling(not hard at all, just a pull)
I suddenly felt a sharp pain in the left side of my penis, so i almost immediately thought of dorsal nerve damage, however everything was just as sensitive as it was, However i do have the feeling like i overstretched a nerve, it doesn’t hurt but it tingles from time to time but only after masturbation.

Can anybody shine some light on the situation?

Current size: 19.5cm by 12.5 cm

Short term goal: 21cm by 14cm

Long term goal: 23cm by 16 cm

Count your self lucky as hell, your current size is 19.5cm, just stop doing PE.

A lot of people have had their life destroyed / ended by this, just stop doing it.

Your unit is 100% functional, leave it alone for a week to heal (if there was indeed any damage) and just stop doing PE and live life before you really fuck up and kill yourself as a result.

I might have the same problem, it’s hard to explain it though. I notice when I stretch too hard I get that same pain in my glans, like it hurts at first and then you get a feeling in it afterwards. My solution for this problem was to stop stretching completley and just do hard low erection level jelqs. I’m pretty new to pe(3 months) but it has helped me so far.
