This isn’t that uncommon. You tightened too much the clamp and probably harmed some capillary. After some days of rest you should be fine.

May I ask what do you mean with "While jelqing and clamping"? Where you jelqing while clamped? This is a no-no, IMHO - dangerous and also unuseful. You want jelq a semierect penis, to have room to move the blood.

No, my plan was to jelq, but as I was jelqing my erection level went trough the roof and wouldn’t go down.
I’m currently on a low ejaculation diet :)
I only cum like once a week because, it gives me extreme erections.

So I decided to do a clamping session instead.
I wrapped my base with some silicone sleeves cut like a cock ring, and did some ULI’s with my hand around the silicone sleeve and rock hard erection before I fitted the clamp,I think that is what caused it.
