Blister/Swelling on my Penis that won't go away

I’m posting this here as well as in my own other thread, as I’m a bit sick of having problems with PE and getting little to no help and replies lately.

Basically a few weeks back my PE has created a swelling and blister that resulted in bleeding and fluid coming out. I took a 5 day break after I broke the blister and let all this release itself from it. I thought that would resolve the blister problem.

But after I got back into doing PE after my 5 day break I find that this blister is still here.

Not so much that it is building to a head and bleeding, but there is a swelling that is pretty much getting bigger all the time when jelqing. It is NOT going down, it is still leaving a marking, which is not just the odd dark spot but the entirety of the swelling (about 1 come squared) is now dark in colour when flaccid.

I’m really sorry guys, but I am beginning to wonder if I can carry on doing PE at all, period.

I already took a 5 day break which I was confident would let this blister go completely away and not have a swelling on my skin again. But it is still here and is getting more intense with every PE that I do. I can give it another rest of 1-2 weeks which I really don’t wanna do and this frustrates me more as it means that any progress will have to revert back to where I was again. But worse than this I think that even with such a break, this STILL won’t make this swelling go away.

Basically I think this is nature telling me I can’t get what I want out of PE. And that if I push it anymore, things will break. All it has done ultimately is give me a blister and swelling on my dick which could prove fatal if I continue, and it may even be cancerous if I keep going and going and making this damn thing swell and grow in diameter and bleed again.

This damn thing is not going away, despite what I have been told here.

I’m also disappointed that there are hardly any responses to my posts now (on my other thread), with hardly anyone advising or giving me help here. Hence, I feel pretty much alone and sometimes I wonder if I should even be on this site or just do it all on my own, as at the end of the day I am getting the same results of no one really talking back to me and helping.

(My other thread…)
Jay Flash - Seeing if Jelqing works or not

I got this swelling, and I don’t know what to do about it, or if anything can be done about it. And I’m getting little to no help.

So by posting this new thread here I hope I can get some of your attention to help me deal with this better - as this is an important and scary problem that could jeopardise not just my PE but the health of my penis too.

What can I or should I do about this?

Jay,

If you have an injury that is presenting itself repeatedly, you need to stop pe and let it heal. Period. Any injury with pe should be considered and not taken lightly. Take as much time off as needed and if it doesn’t heal please go see a urologist.

G

Jay, you need more than a week. It is obvious that are provoking the injury by continuing to PE. PEing is not worth it. Take a break, a long break until you heal completely and like G263 mentioned if you see no healing you should see a urologist and be honest with him on how you injured yourself. That way the urologist can know to do to help you. Keep the wound clean since you opened it up since you don’t want and bacteria from your bottom or urine to infect it.

Let me be clear, so that you do not get upset at a comment that I made posting that it is obvious that are provoking the injury by continuing to PE. What I meant by that, Jelqing is the worst thing you can do with an injury such as yours. What you are doing is forcing more blood to the injury, thus causing more swelling, if that makes sense. Take a month off, maybe 2. Hey look, I love sex and I would never hinder that fun because I continued to PE with an injured penis. Hey but it is your penis not mine.

When I first started PE before I found Thunders, I out started hanging and got a bad injury, a real bad injury where I really pulled a lig on my right side of my penis. Scared the shit out of me. I stopped for about 8 months until I was sure I was healed completely, but in the meantime, I found Thunders Place and read a lot of good information that this other stupid Forum did not know. I did my research and read many a thread and decided which way I wanted to go and Hanging was out of the question. Eight months of research before I started again. I made dam sure my penis was very conditioned before I started any advanced exercise. I monitored the conditioning of my penis by concentrating and focusing what was going on and what my penis was feeling during an exercise since that kind of injury was not going to happen to me again. I jumped into the advanced exercises very slowly. That injury educated me. Was I successful? You better believe it. I am still 8.5 BPEL X 6.375 EG and I haven’t PE’d in many years, I mean many years. A lot of the vets know my story.

Heal yourself. Your health is more important is more important. Take care Jay

Similar Issue

Jay, So I had a similar issue. I wouldn’t have described mine as a blister though. More a rash or sore with swelling, that did eventually crack into an open wound. The cause of mine turned out to be a skin sensitivity to many types of lube that work well for others here. They just didn’t for me. I ended up seeing a Dr. A dermatologist, though because at the time I had skin issues on other areas of my body that were so similar I figured they had to be related. The dermatologist gave me a prescription for a cream, but also specified a list of “free and clear” type products for anything that touches my skin, hair or clothes. Soap, shampoo, laundry detergent, moisturizer, shaving cream, all of it became hypoallergenic, non-irritating, etc. With experimentation I found a silicone based lube that doesn’t irritate my penis at all. Water based lubes also work fine now that my skin isn’t in distress mode.

I had to stop jelqing and stretching, which was all the PE I was doing at the time, for weeks. I also took that period as an opportunity to try pumping, since I had been wanting to give that a try. The jury is still out on how successful pumping will be for me. I’ve been doing it a few months now, in conjunction with jelqing and stretching, which I resumed once my skin was healed up. I’ve gained a little during this period, but not as much as when I was jelqing twice as much as I am now.

Good luck and don’t let this cause you to give up. This is but a minor setback. One thing I’ve learned from reading many of the threads of the veterans here is that persistence seems to be the key to much of their success.

BT

Well I hope it can be down to the cream/oil that I used on the penis but I’m not sure that that was the cause. I wonder if using an IR lamp on it which I started using around New Year’s Day could be the cause?

I’m thinking of telling my doctor what I do and the result of the injury and seeing what he/she says.

Also if I don’t jelq for a period of time to let myself heal, what else can I do to gain length with PE? Not much I’m thinking.

Stop PE'ing COMPLETELY and let your self heal.

When you are able to PE again, try this newbie routine instead:

Linear Newbie Routine

For wet jelq, use Albolene Unscented (sold at drug stores in cosmetics department) or Coconut Oil (sold at the grocery store). I prefer Albolene and have been using it for 30 years now, for jack off. A jar of it will last you for a year or more.

You would think, Right? I totally agree with you Jay, tell your doctor what you are doing and the result of your injury.

So I reluctantly have stopped PEing as advised. I’m seeing a Doctor about this swelling tomorrow.

I feel that this has set me back to to the very beginning though, as if I ever get back to doing PE I would have lost any pushes towards length gain and I’ll be on Day 1, and God knows how long it will take to finally get gains. I’d rather not have to do a Linear Routine too which may be less effective for me.

But what concerns me the most is that this damn swelling may just come back again, or other side effects will be run into, which means that I’ll have to stop, which means no gains, which adds up to the conclusion that I am fighting nature and it’s my inevitable fate NOT to get gains at all and this sort of thing is just impossible.

Another more present concern is that this dark colouring where my swelling is, is still there. My skin is peeling but that mark isn’t shrinking or fading as I thought it was. When I first got the swelling too and took a 5 day break it left a little dark spot, but that didn’t go away either, or show any signs of shrinking/fading. Indicating it was permanent.

So all this is telling me that this larger dark colouring isn’t going anywhere either. And if that is the case, as this darkness is related to swelling, then this swelling will be back whether I start PE again this week, or next month. In short, no long break is gonna make a difference to this swelling as I’m stuck with it.

I really don’t think this problem is going away.

all normal and reported all day in the forums.

If this is too much for you you shouldnt do PE..

some people gain during prolonged rest/healing.

skin will stay darker but there are possibilities.
Its like with any other injury.

you want the lightest intensity needed to gain in any timeframe.
At some point the penis doesnt react anymore sometimes earliert sometimes later.
So you need rest to apply a new lighter intensity in some cases.

The obvious solution to your problem is to first heal completely no matter if it sets you back to square one and when you start again do so a lot less aggressively.

What you did in the past was incorrect, so don’t repeat your mistakes.

The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

Thank you for your advice(s).

It’s the ‘What if’ that bothers me. What if after rest this injury is a permanent thing that don’t go away no matter what? Again, I see evidence that tells me that this is no light thing or temporary. What if it keeps raising it’s swelling ugly head even when I go back to lighter (probably less effective) exercises?

I’m not sure what a Doctor can do to get rid of it permanently, so if he/she can’t then what next?

*Worst case scenario I’m thinking with my comments about this dark colouring but yes, it could very well be that worst case*

The human body rarely acts that way unless there is an underlying cause like cancer for instance that prevents complete healing. I highly doubt that is the case. Just leave your cock alone for a while and stop all of your what ifs.

Yes, when you return, you do start off lighter in order to become conditioned to the exercises and as you become conditioned, you slowly increase the force while staying below your injury threshold. Over time as the force is increased, the exercises become fully effective.

It is the exact same with any exercise program. If you want to become a runner, you don’t go out and run a marathon on your first day. You train and slowly build your endurance and strength. If you have an accident and sprain your ankle, you quit until you are completely healed and then begin again slowly.

Thanks. I hope that this goes this safe way.

I got this bad feeling that this swelling will continue with all my jelqing and WILL become cancerous.

I also wonder how to stop this from happening elsewhere, or other such injuries happening on my penis.

1. lol
2. common sense and knowledge of your body/penis. PE has risks to it. If you cant cope with it then stop PE immediately. You only have one dick.

Ps.: Its easier to get head cancer through worrying then penis cancer through pulling.

I love the irony of your PS. Vicious circle there!

What creams do you recommend, as well as the ones already mentioned, that I should use to inhibit injuries in the future?
