Whoa that’s a blister and the largest I’ve ever seen. You are going to have to be out of commission for a month. That will heal and unless you take care of it it will bleed.
1. Don’t pop it.
2. Use Neosporin or Healthy Hands cream and gently massage into the tissue.
3. Cover it with a band-aid or gause with a piece of surgery tape (white).
4. Repeat again and again.
Almost all pumpers get these but not that bad. They develop from too long in pump or traction and from way too much vacuum.
As said, it will take a month to heal and will re-develop again in same place unless you take care of it and let it heal.

It’s actually my own fault. I did a pump session first. Than one hour later I did my hanging session and after that I did some manual stretches with my vacuum cup still on. ( it’s easier to pull my penis )

Can’t I just pop it and rub it in with isobetadine gel? And than cover it up with bandage?

The thing is we are going to a public sauna this Friday. Can’t tell my girlfriend not to go because she is really against my penis workouts. If I tell her we can’t go because I overdid myself , my penis workouts will be over. Is there no way to make it go away a little faster? That I’ve to wait now to go further with my workout it very bad , but I can live with it. But it’s what the eye sees that is important now. ☺

Apply neosporin
Don’t be a bitch about the slight pain from it while it heals.
In about 2,5 weeks it will be healed.

Seriously? Hope your joking. I’m honest with my wife. Sorry to hear that your not. Also I don’t have that much alone time in my house. (Wife and son ) So I have to do the exercises when she’s home and my son I asleep. As you all know it takes a lot of time to do these hanging sets.

It’s your fault not mine for this misunderstanding. You clearly wrote “My Girlfriend”. Which is an extreme difference from saying “My wife”.

Your post definately did not come up as written by a married familyman. You clearly wrote Girlfriend and talked about going to a public sauna. Gave the impression you had as you wrote a girlfriend that knew more than she should and further that you were young and living alone since you had a “girlfriend”.
