best PE surgery to have

Hello,

I have been looking at PE surgery and came across the following

Subcutaneous silicone implant - solid silicone is implanted into the penis and stretches and widens it
Dorsal thickening - lipid fat injection
Ligament severing - severe the ligaments on the public bone so the penis is longer

I am going to start saving for PE surgery, but I would like some input into the best PE girth and PE length surgery. Can I get some help with this?

The best PE surgery to have would be no surgery. You already have very good length and some pretty good girth with a base girth of 6”. I can’t imagine risking what you already have, which is pretty damn good.

If you posted your pic, I think everyone here would tell you to stick with what you got and just do regular PE.

The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

gprent - reason why I am looking for PE surgery is because I do not believe that PE is permanent, so as soon as you stop you loose about 1/3 of what you gained, at least (I have looked up cases of this happening) it would be much easier just to have the surgery.

So what sort of surgery is best to have? I hear subcutaneous silicone implant is good; anyone second that?

Here is my opinion. Girth surgeries are extremely invasive and end up with issues much more than the length surgery does. I am sure you can imagine why, your dick literally gets butchered and sewn back together.

With the length surgery, and the new implant that arrived about a year ago I believe (provide me with a link?) They snip the ligaments, and then install the silicone implant and the gains are pretty phenomenal. From what I’ve read, guys are getting really big flaccids from it as they almost never retract or shrink up. If I were to do one, it would be this one.

I will also say, that I would try manual PE for a year and see where that gets you. You are going to be hanging and using an ADS for quite a while after the surgery, so why not do it now and possibly save 5grand?

ironaddict69 - I have been PE’ing for last 2.5 years and have made good gains. However my workload (despite me PE’ing in the most time efficient way: clamping and pumping) will eventually stop me from being able to PE properly. When that happens the surgery would be a good idea

The subcutaneous implant surgery (are the mods ok with me having a link to it?) seems like the best type of surgery to have. What is this ‘length surgery’ that you mention?

Man, I’d post a link to that story about a guy who ended up with a hole above his penis thanks to botched surgery, but I can’t find it.

I agree with gprent, best surgery is no surgery. For every successful story there must be like 5 horror stories out there. Not worth the risk.

Surgery is WAY more dangerous and can get you injured than normal PE, I would even say that surgery is the last source, the last option to increase the size of you penis

Yeah paste a link to the silicone implant, that’s the one I am familiar with as I read about it. The gains were big! I HIGHLY advise AGAINST any girth surgery. But length is really hardly invasive.

Severing the suspensory ligament is something I wouldn’t call “hardly invasive”.

I am a Dr. Giunta FFT success story. Best thing I’d ever done for myself. It has changed my life significantly for the better, as shallow as that may sound.

I also did lengthening with Dr. Gary Alter. All he did was cut my suspensory ligament. No huge gains but enough to firmly place me above average in erect length. I did; however, do quite a bit of post op hanging. I believe this probably helped me and am convinced it was the combination of surgery as the enabler and hanging as the activity that gave me my gains.

No negative side effects from either surgery. None whatsoever.

Discusses the silicone implant, plenty of advantages and it has only been around a few years

Ugh. Why did I look at that link. I want to do it to gain more erect length!

Yeah that is the website I saw. I am unsure of how the implant increases girth though, it makes sense on how it increases length.

Am I the only one that cringes every time I see somebody who wants to do PE surgery, it feels like watching someone play Russian roulette with their penis.

To each their own I guess.

Awesome! So he went in for penis surgery and came out a hermaphrodite.

Somehow, I don’t think the risk is worth the reward.
